The prosecution is just so bad. Before this trial I thought it was highly likely they were going to convict him but now the chances of it happening feel slim to none.
regardless of any bias as to guilty/innocent on my end, the prosecution is horrible. They genuinely could not be doing a worse job. I can't imagine the jury feels much different either.

@@brandonman1315 cops never work. i did hit and run a couple years ago. just didnt want the dui, my job involved me being able to drive and its the best legal income ive ever made, moved 1000 miles for it and had been there for 6 years. i bounced to face it sober. i reported myself the next day cause i didnt want my mistake ruining the other persons life. it got reported that night, i looked on line so i know theres a file and they werent riding dirty. i gave the police all my info, they never followed up and denied info on the other car so i couldnt even repair the damage. i gave them a solved case, they didnt give a single f

this trial is weird bc its trying all these old cases over somewhat, which have been settled, and either people were convicted or not previously
It’s because that’s there only basis for actual gang activity (I.e. crimes). They need the crimes so they’re trying to connect it to cases from more than 10 years ago

It has to do with the confrontation clause. Basically the prosecution wants to use statements from these people who snitched on thug/ysl years ago, but they can't use those old statements without having the people who made them come in and testify, because the defendant has the right to confront witnesses against them.

This trial is a miscarriage of justice and hilarious! But in a sarcastic way Judge is bias and I expect there will be mistrial before the 150 witnesses are done.
I don’t think the judge is bias I think there is someone way above him telling him what to do and pulling his strings . You can see him starting to finally get onto the prosecution for all of there negligence because there so just far out of hand even if the judge is a puppet he can’t let just anything slide . But yes in a sense he bias or puppet whatever you choose to call him works 😂
Seriously, this case is lacking many fundamental principles, evidence and facts. In all honesty, this is not about going after gang members but instead, a systematic approach for political empowerment. Witnesses are being forced to testify against a rapper who got ties to gangs, no evidence but someone pointing fingers. WTF!

It’s a weird strategy to put people on the stand who are saying over and over they don’t want to be there and that they are not going to say anything
It's because they have already said things. These people all snitched in the past. The prosecution wants to use those old statements, but in order to do so they have to put them on the stand so that the defense has the ability to confront the witnesses.

so the outside of the door has a small indent which most likely isn’t a bullet hole cause why would they shoot from outside the apartment when they were inside, but the detective said the inside of the door is why he thinks it’s a bullet hole but if the hole is inside or whatever it is wouldn’t the outside of the door be protruding and not have an indent
