Thank you for those builds! My usual ones were getting a bit stale and i was getting a bit bored Never tried out the spinning axe Charge Blade until now and I'm having an absolute blast with it! Still getting absolutely wrecked with it in harder fights but that won't stop me from having fun :) Cheers!
I just discovered guardbash and now I'm having fun with Lance for the first time. Instead of guard hop (forget what it's called) stab combo, I just use triple thrust into shield bash and repeat. Shield bash, which doesn't cost any stamina btw, lets me change direction at any time and allows me to continuously guard afterwards so it's great for constantly fighting in the monster's face. I build fatigue and stun the entire time and there were countless times where I simply blocked a monster's tackle and they just stunned themselves. It's hilarious. Using the damage tracker, I still consistently get the highest damage in the party except when someone is running max dps build or against specific monsters where piercing damage and the like reign supreme.
Thanks for reminding me that i don't nees optimised builds in this game and that a mishmash of talents that try to go well together are largely enough for me. + it gives a bit more challenge to kill things
Okay i definitely need to get further in the game, i dont know alot of what you are saying, gonna look through your old videos, i just bought sunbreak on ps5 😊 i have a chameleons longsword dont know what armor but looks cool
My top 5: 1. Exhaust switch axe 2. Elemental switch axe 3. Savage axe/air dash with amatsu charge blade 4. Berserk bow 5. Surge slash great sword (I did dabble a bit into insect glaive and gunlance, but I like these builds more)
what you're asking for sounds like a mod, but maybe its the wind mantle skill (from risen kushala or augmenting/tali)? it changes your wirebug colour to green when you use a wirebug ability
People may whine abour rng, spiribirds and wirebugs till the popos come home. But Switch Skills, qurio crafting and excellent talismans being considerably easier to get than in past games, have made Sunbreak a treasure trove of cool builds. I had never had so much fun crafting new armor and figuring out what neat tricks I could slot into it.

I have FBL but I still get three maybe you need FBL level 3??
