You have to put „playsinline“ into the video tag. I actually forgot this in the video.

I managed to make it responsive. Perhaps my parent element was not set up correctly. I changed the height and width in the embed code to "auto." Thanks to the sky, Felix, for this lazy load custom code; you saved me a ton of time. 🫶🫶🫶
