@Matt Blaise I have to disagree mate. Not to disrespect your opinion but I have been watching Indian cinema for 2 decades. Bollywood might be money hungry and does movies that are worthless and makes you want to cringe but also it has produced some insane movies and still does. Specially if you take a walk into their older movies that are in black and white, they will make you cry cause its that good.
Well, South indian movies are amazing no doubt but saying that Bollywood industry is the worst is a major statement..

Bajirao and Ranveer Singh were my first 'proper' introduction to good Indian movies, to something from Bollywood that wasn't just ham acting. The scene between Ranveer and Priyanka convinced me that Bollywood has some truly good actors. And since then I have watched both in all their movies, prior and after. What can I say , they are both amazing actors ( and so is Deepika, Ranveer's wife). But this movie ...still in my heart as the first I highly rated (I saw, previously, mostly comedies and naff horrors, and some hammed up dramas.. so had a kinda bad impression of Indian actors. This movie changed that). Congrats to Ranveer and the Bajirao mastani team for such an infectious song in such an amazing movie.

This is badass. Usually male actors don't have to work as hard as the actresses in dance sequences, but these guys must have worked so hard on this. Ranbir slayed in this, it's seriously impressive. Also I like how it's almost a kind of in the style of a Hollywood musical in that the dancers face the audience the whole way through.
Ranveer is just something else! This song was meant for him almost as if his real life self was kept in mind when creating it! He is always pulling someone's leg and that includes junior artists.. love him

I haven't watched any Bollywood films but I found this clip and I have to tip my hat to the cast and crew. The coordination and choreography and the just the level of energy all around is astounding. Also really have to give credit to the director. I went to film school and the directing really caught my attention in a good way. I'm definitely going to have to track this movie down.
