God, it tickles me to death seeing him do this song. I had actually been trying to remember it after having heard it while running errands with my father, and when Ramin sung it in one of his videos, it was just so utterly striking and unexpected that I was insanely giddy over it. It’s so different from what I’m used to associating with him and also from his usual speaking voice, ha. It just shows what a range of styles he can sing in and how much he can change his voice as needed. He makes it look so easy, AND he’s so heartfelt in his performances of various songs. It’s like this guy can just casually pour out his soul on the spot, and generate vocal power as well with such ease.
I enjoy this song in its own right-it’s really catchy!-but having Ramin be the one to sing it just makes it mean all the more and cause me that much more happiness.
