I make a Pumpkin Dump Cake that is very good. It is very easy and requires only a few things that I always keep on hand. You can use a Spice, Yellow, White, Butter Pecan or Butter Brickle Cake Mix. My favorite is the Spice because it adds more flavor but it is good with any of the others too. I just add extra pumpkin pie spice. PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE 1 Dry Cake Mix. Spice, yellow, white, butter pecan or butter brickle. 15 oz can pumpkin puree 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk 1 to 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. I use 1 tsp if I use a spice cake. Any other Cake flavor I add 2 tsp. 12 Tbsp melted butter 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Optional. I add about 15 minutes before it's done. Otherwise they get too dark and are bitter. Grease a 9x13 pan and preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and pour into the greased pan. Sprinkle Cake mix over the pumpkin. Now add the butter. Bake at 375 for 50 to 55 minutes
