Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 2 pinch
Curd 2 cup
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Some coriander leaves
Water as required
Cooking Oil 1/2 cup+Clarified butter 1/2 cup = 1 cup
