If you don't have a serger you can do zigzag the edges on large to med. that's is one way to have done

Your videos are so helpful. I have the same serger. I purchased it to make my daughters graduation stole. She Mastered it!!!! I’m really proud of her. What seam allowance are you cutting off with serger? How do you keep it straight from cutting too much? Thanks!!

Yes, interface 100% cotton is the best for graduation stoles. Walmart has it at $3,87 I think because other places are expensive
