    I feel confused about step 3,: set goal.
    I think this is the most important step (because the video title is setting goals for Internal communication) but the analysis is quite little and I can't distinguish the difference between step 3 and 4.
    Could you please explain and give specific examples?

      Thanks for your comment + question. So step 3 is the result of step 1 + 2 : to gain clarity on what the goal is based on (1) your research and (2) your stakeholder's needs. From there, step 4 is the about defining clear outcomes for when the goal from (3) would be reached. At 1:18 there is an overview that explains all the steps. I hope this helped!
