Wow, so many layers to sew! That is quite an amazing project and you are a workhorse! How many hours do you think it took overall? Really came out beautifully and nice video with so much content stuffed into it - love the modeling sequence at the end - you are so talented!
Okay I love all the things you make.. but this was such a good replica. I did not know what to expect and you've once again knocked it out of the ballpark. The dress is stunning. And your hair dye and modelling.. so well done. Bravo! as always.
Hiii I have a video idea you could try if you want to. You could ask your viewers on UA-cam to send you sketches of clothing and you could try to sew them ❤️ Btw great video, the dress looks amazing
Im currently learning how to sew for cosplaying where my dream is to be able to make something like that, this video inspires me to study hard in sewing. Its also very satisfying to see how you made the dress
This was a heck of a project but turned out so pretty, accurate and fun! I dont know if watching all those ruffle layers makes me want to do the same or stay away from ruffles forever! I can't decide !
This is so amazing oh my god!!! I really wish to recreate it but I have no idea how to. Would you pleaseeeeee consider making a DIY tutorial of this dress for beginners? You're so talented, love this!!! 🤩😍
I'm not sure she'd make a whole video for this, and I'm also not sure if this is a good project for beginners because of how complicated it is and how difficult the fabric is. If you were to try this, I'd probably recommend picking out the steps in this video and what she says she did with them, then learning what those are individually before bringing it all together. Learning what topstitching, basting, lining, bias, etc. are. Then I'd say you could find other videos of hers (or anyone) for making something like the bodice. (Ima be honest I don't even understand how that bodice came together haha.) She has some patterns on her website too. And there's plenty of tutorials for circle skirts and ruffle skirts out there.
The dress was very well made and very pretty. What I really regret is that the video is not a tutorial or serves to help make a dress like this since the images are too fast and you don't just see sewing and sewing hehehe I wish there was a pattern tutorial or something.
I'm doing this dress for my 8 year old niece. I might actually put an elastic band in the middle and making it a dress because she's so petite! You did such an amazing job on the skirt, the dress it's an Alaia 2020 fall ready to wear.
You look absolutely gorgeous! And so talented! Wish I had the energy and ingenuity to accomplish what you did! It was awesome watching you put this together:)
Wow, as a sewing pasionate myself I watch a lot of garment recreation pojects and they often are a bit dissapointing. Girl, you nailed this dress! It looks really, really amazing! I hate sewing sheere fabrics, they are notoriously dificult to work with. Congrats, you really should be proud of yourself :)
Well you were certainly born to do this, make beautiful dresses. I enjoyed it so much watching you it gave me the desire to quilt again and it has been a while so wish me luck, from a down hearted person that love;s to sew. My god all the beautiful fabric's you can buy on line now,it is exciting. SEW wish me luck 🫖☕🍩 You black dress was intoxicating
Wow that sketch is amazing ! Can you please make a tutorial on how to draw fashion sketch’s including how to pose them I know I already did one but can you make an updated one?
God, I have HORROR stories about my first serger. But I managed to tame it after years of battling it. Some sergers are just finicky. Mine needed to be cleaned after every use and oiled at least once a month, since I used it a lot.
I really want this dress😭I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it especially with the fact it had A COLLAR😩 so now I’m here watching a video of someone making it because I can’t make it myself TwT
I missed your videos!!! I'm excited for the content in the future! But don't feel pressured to post, I'm glad you took some time for yourself, hope you're well! And looooved the dress, your hair looks so cute also !!
For your serger issues the best advise I can offer is to get it professionally serviced. For someone who uses sewing machines more than once a week on average you should be servicing your machines every 6 months to a year. Just like an oil change on you car. Hope this helps and your serger is salvageable.
So far your the only one who got the shark bite look right on the skirt. I don't know if you saw Jennas Tictoc where she put the dress on in a bright room but it looks like the reverse side of the organza layers were painted a very pale Lepard print in a bronze color. Alot of people thought it was lace but it was not . The base of the skirt and lower half of the top was satin which had lace over that.. I customize Blythe dolls and not I have to make that dress all over again.
Amazing I can’t wait to try to make it Only it was soo fast I couldn’t understand how to do the skirt much u said u cut 3 lengths but I guess I’m just sooo used to u really showing us and I’ve always wanted to know how to do a kirt like that BUT IM SOO GLAD UR BACK
When you were sewing the wavy ruffle you could have slowed to normal speed in order for everyone to understand the concept. I have no clue how you did it. Maybe do as some others do and turn off your camera when doing a lot of repetitive work, then resume filming when that stage is finished. That would allow more time to demonstrate the intricate or unusual steps. I do admire your work and love to watch you work.
This dress looks exactly like the real one wow, you did so great❣️❣️❣️❣️
Yay! Thank you so much
please make a pattern for this oml it came out so good
This

Thank you so much!! It took a total of 4 days so I would guess about 40ish hours of work?🤔
@@PaperStxrs Wow, you really worked long and hard with 10 hr days! And then there was all the time editing to make the youtube video, right?
@@PaperStxrs whoa....I'm gonna try to recreate this in like one day..wish me luck..😆😭

What a coincidence! I had a bunch of pink tulle lying around and decided to make the Wednesday dress with it!
Love the dress!!! Gathering the wavy edge of the trier was genius !!! ❤
Okay I love all the things you make.. but this was such a good replica. I did not know what to expect and you've once again knocked it out of the ballpark. The dress is stunning. And your hair dye and modelling.. so well done. Bravo! as always.
The wavy-line ruffle applied worked out super cute, and very clever. All of your videos are smart and well done and very inspiring. Big fan here.
Hiii
