    Thank you! Great video! I like the tip you gave about focussing on consistency. I've been trying to figure out what exercise fits me best.

    I heard that walking is one of the best exercises for your back, especially if you injured it (like I did -- walking made a big difference).
    Rowing is also excellent for one's back, according to one report -- a man who injured his back in an accident heard that rowing is good for your back, and tried it, with great success.
