I edited the augments yeah, it is basically impossible to roll these normally

Is it a mod that gets you these kind of augments? If not then what augment category you roll in?

Modded augments, you might be able to roll 2 skills per armor set with some extreme luck but 3 or 4 is just not possible realistically
