Bob, I’m a super fan of yours, I’ve been following your channel for ages, and I’m amazed to see traditional teachers like you. I'm a dancer and teacher and you are a great inspiration to me, I hope one day I can have the privilege of taking a class with you on Jazz or Tap. A big hug ♡♡♡
Thanks, Amanda, I'm honored that my videos are of such value to you. I'll keep making them for sure. If you come to NYC, you can always take a tap class from me there.
@@bboross It will be a pleasure Bob, you are an inspiration in my career. I have several playlists of songs that you used in videos, I choreographed some with my Jazz classes. The most beloved was: Down going muddhy water, which I fell in love after watching a beautiful choreographic work of yours. ♡♡♡
This is really a fun combination! Love the rhythm. We used to take class with Brenda Buffalino, I can't remember if it was at The Clark Center or Jo Jo Smith's.... About 20 years ago Tony Warg (Varg?) and Brenda Buffalino came here to Vero Beach and performed with a few other dancers in a show that Tony put together called, "Tap City". It was such a thrill for us to have them. Do they still organize that huge tap dance festival in New York?
Thanks, I wish there was a way to put the subtitles at the top of the page. Perhaps you can open the video in two separate tabs, have the captions running in only one of them, and then try to start both videos at the same time? If that works, you can watch the video in one tab and read the subtitles in the other tab.
Brain teaser! Love it!
Yes, this is a tricky exercise, both for the feet and the mind.
I like that you teach the steps and origins of the steps. I do the same!!!
Thanks, Traci, got to give credit where credit is due!

Kathleen weidenmoyer Tony still runs a big tap festival but I’m not sure of the name.
@@bboross the festival is still called Tap City 😍
You teach great techniques. However, the subtitles on the videos blocked your feet. It's hard to see what your feet are doing.

@@bboross Thanks. I guess turning off the caption would work perfectly! Love all of your short steps!
