Bruh you could get some carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin and cut the carbon fiber into shape then Glue it to the outside to make it super strong. Carbon fiber is lightweight, and with the resin it's 2 times stiffer and 5 times stronger than steel

@@ismaelfuentes5103 if you wanna find the templates, look up pepakura, its a software that shows you how to build different things with the patterns for it. Once you've downloaded it just look up any version of the iron man suit on google and look for the pepakura files for it. you'll need winrar to be able to open the files though. after you have the files you're good to go to start making a suit but just make sure to measure your body first before you make it so that it will fit you! hopefully that helps, if not and you have anymore questions just lmk!

Unfortunately, I never made a template for this suit as I really never planned to share it on UA-cam until this year

EVA foam
What type of foam do you use
I use EVA foam
@@jasmine408 in my country, it goes for around 30€ for a piece 2x1 m of a good density (I used a 100). If you do everything instantly good, you'll need two of these. Or more like 1,5 if you space your patterns quite well.

How thick is the foam?
For most of the armor, I used 8mm. I believe the helmet was 4mm.
