Experiential knowledge of God by doing what the Word says, living it out for people to see, that's how you really share the Word of God, not by literally knocking on doors asking if people found Jesus. Often God brings a helpless victim into our lives precisely to bless us with the opportunity to witness Him work miracles through us. And we not only ignore Him out of ignorance, but also deny Him when we turn away the helpless person.
Jesus said, 'In as much as you have done it to one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto Me.' Seeking and saving the lost through a deep love for their souls is a heaven-borne principal planted in the hearts of believers through the impartation of the Holy Spirit. As far as knocking on doors, Jesus said that He had come to SEEK and save the lost! Most of the time the lost will not come to us, so we have to GO to them.

We cannot share Jesus on Christmas any more than the statue of Jupiter in Rome is Peter. The Pope added the birth of Jesus to 'christianize' the Catholic solstice tradition as they do. The same is true of Easter, St Val Day, Halloween--all Catholics traditions. They move the start of Christmas back to Black Friday because they hate the Puritan's Thanksgiving. BTW - Thanksgiving was a peacetime tradition as suggested. The Natives welcomed the British's help as Spain was already here. Columbus Day was the day of Native persecution.

The Sabbath was created before there was sin and written in stone. Don't confuse it with the cerimonial sabbaths. It was made for man(kind), not just the Jews. Besides, good luck trying to nail stone to anything.
Adam, Noah, Abraham, Joseph and Moses himself knew nothing of a Sabbath until Mt. Sinai. The 1st Covenant with it's ordinances and observance's was given for Israel's complaining, murmuring and backbiting against God and Moses after being led out of Egypt from bondage. To observe anypart of the 1st Covenant Galatians 5:3 is a separation from Christ the Son of GOD and Christ's redemptive work! How can the SDA be the original church when Christ established his Kingdom/Church Matthew 16:13-18 and the apostles and the disciples did not adhere to the Sabbath Acts 20:7, And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
