I remember stuck at this part for weeks during my first year biomechanics. So i dig and dig and finally mastered it, and key part is along the way i side tracked and learned so many other useful things. After 20 years as a practicing physiotherapist, that struggle is fresh in my mind. It made me love foot complex, it made me good at what i do. I still refer Cynthia Norkin.

When foot is pronated then invertors will try to counter GRF and lifts the 1st ray . Please check that part.
