The difference between him at C0 and C1 is night and day. At C0 he struggles to both deal damage and maintain himself, but at C1 it's a lot easier to play like a LOT
At C0 he can do his "Rebuke" Charged ATK only if his Hp falls below 50% and after using it once it has 5 Sec Cooldown. At C1 its CD is reduced to 2.5 Sec and he can do it everytime after his 5th NA regardless of his HP status. It also gets 200% extra Dmg and E duration is increased by 4 secs.
yep c0 wriothesley is too clunky his self damage dominates his self heal. Its too hard to go c0 solo abyss with him since you occasionally want him to be healed so that marechausse will consistently take effect.
honestly i'm surprised at wrio being actually decent. he seems to be more self-sufficient than ayaka with same con level since he doesn't need his ult at all to dish out most of his damage
@@siegfried1062 it's fine but like f2p doesn't mean only 4 star weapons, I'm f2p again but i got c1 shenhe c3 jean c3 mona and like 15 others c0 limited 5 stars. It's all about luch as f2p haha, i only have 1 5star weapon tho sadly

I was having a bad time with C0. I was always dying... Today I did 2 more wishes and got his c1. Now he's on another level!

It's not but in this case it is because it is exactly the same as Blackcliff Agate which is a F2p weapon
