Unrealistically high standards are a form of coping. It's much more comforting to believe that you're alone because no one else is good enough, than to accept that it's because you're the problem. The same applies to the "men are intimidated by me" claim. It's more comfortable to believe that you're intimidating than that you're repulsive.

Women seem to think “man up” has to do with how we approach and treat women. When I tell my son to man up, it never has anything to do with how he interacts with women.

Yup. I'm probably a solid 8 now after 6 hard months in the gym. I get girls half ass flirting with me all the time now. When I ask them out 100% of the time it's some open ended response like "Maybe" and strangle enough (not really), after that rejection they don't even look in my direction. They just wanted a guy they found kinda cute to ask them out so they could reject. Gives them a little boost as they hunt Chad's to get rejected by or cheated on by.
But the lower rating they will lie, use you for the fun of it so don't think your wanted guys. I've learned a lot over the decades of my life. Most of the time you could be the right guy, proved it, spent time and Money to be there for them and it still not matter to them after. One example happened in 2012, while staying with a girl at her place after helping her with a loan of $1,250 to get baby daddy bailed out and hoping her promise to pay it back right away because I was homeless at the time since second fiance 2009 and the money was from accident settlement, we were sitting in the room and after helping her, she knew how I felt about her, and she asked me, PAUL WHY CANT I FIND SOMEONE TO LOVE WHO WILL LOVE ME BACK?? Remember, she knows me and is sitting there asking me that question. I said YOU DID, THAT DAY YOU CAME LOOKING FOR ME BY THE STORE. She then says, NO I DIDN'T MEAN THAT. The look in her eyes when I said what I said told me otherwise. I was like WTF. That ended up two months later becoming another lesson learned of lies, games, etc. No never got the money back. Was there for her a few more times waiting to see if she would keep her promise but after each time I got pushed away left hanging til I gave up in 2016.
I saw a social experiment somewhere where girls had to meet guys. The winner was supposed to be the one who collected the most phone numbers from the guys. The experiment was supposed to last 2 hours, but it was interrupted after 10 minutes, the W were crying, they couldn't even stand a polite refusal. They kept saying that it was very cruel.

My daughter (now 29) was an 'awful' person in her relationships for many years. Narcissistic and demanding. She saw any compromise as a negative for her and would only do what made her 'happy'. She had an epiphany one day and realised she was the issue in why her relationships broke down. She is now very happy with her new man and agrees that support works both ways. The strange thing is, she is a Mental health practitioner and it took her 10 years to figure this out. I blame the online 'Feminist' for so much poor relationship advice.

Saw a very attractive 20 something woman struggling to put a moderately heavy box in her car at Costco last week. Two guys were having a conversation about two car tailgates away. She finally glared at them and said “Are you going to just stand there and not offer to help me?” The two guys barely glanced over at her. Then one guy said: “Nope. Here's a pretty bonkers story that shows how insane women are. I was on vacation in Boston in the summer of 2001.....about a month before 9/11. I met 2 Brazilian girls. I was attracted to both of them. I tried hitting on one of them and she rejected me. The friend seemed interested so I ended up dancing with her. She told me that the friend that rejected me had a boyfriend. Well the other girl and I were getting on nicely. So, of course, the friend that REJECTED ME had to get jealous and try to sabotage our hook up. The 2 girls ended up getting into a (verbal) fight over me. Imagine how crazy that is. You have a boyfriend and now you're screwing up your best friend's chance at hooking up because you're jealous over a guy YOU REJECTED. Completely insane. The other girl and I ended up going home together that night. She made plans to come visit me in Miami where I was living at the time. She took off work and got a plane ticket. She never made it to Miami. Her flight was supposed to depart from Logan Airport in Boston on September 12, 2001. Ended up never seeing her again.

The look in her eyes when I said what I said told me otherwise. I was like WTF. That ended up two months later becoming another lesson learned of lies, games, etc. No never got the money back. Was there for her a few more times waiting to see if she would keep her promise but after each time I got pushed away left hanging til I gave up in 2016.

The strange thing is, she is a Mental health practitioner and it took her 10 years to figure this out. I blame the online 'Feminist' for so much poor relationship advice.

The other week,I was engaging in polite conversation with some girls at work.
Damn, they're all so dull, uncharismatic and devoid of humour. No Hobbies,no interests. I am not one of those Guys who just goes for looks,I look for someone with a bit of get up and go and a sense of humour but I think I'd pass out through boredom within 2 minutes of dating these.
Yeah they really have absolutely no hobbies.
Hi. Mum of 7 children here... (ranging in age from 12 to 27) and I've noticed that young women today do seem different...btw I read in a yt comment that young women today have 3 hobbies (can you guess?):

I've had women chase me and then when I have shown a bit of interest back they have said no. You are right. They love to reject men to the point where they deliberately make you think they are interested only to say no after.

Here's a pretty bonkers story that shows how insane women are. I was on vacation in Boston in the summer of 2001.....about a month before 9/11. I met 2 Brazilian girls. I was attracted to both of them. I tried hitting on one of them and she rejected me. The friend seemed interested so I ended up dancing with her. She told me that the friend that rejected me had a boyfriend. Well the other girl and I were getting on nicely. So, of course, the friend that REJECTED ME had to get jealous and try to sabotage our hook up. The 2 girls ended up getting into a (verbal) fight over me. Imagine how crazy that is. You have a boyfriend and now you're screwing up your best friend's chance at hooking up because you're jealous over a guy YOU REJECTED. Completely insane. The other girl and I ended up going home together that night. She made plans to come visit me in Miami where I was living at the time. She took off work and got a plane ticket. She never made it to Miami. Her flight was supposed to depart from Logan Airport in Boston on September 12, 2001. Ended up never seeing her again.
