I hear you, Allizon! With me it's early morning usually when I go to sleep, and that adds more stress because I'm nocturnal and the world isn't. It seems that when anything goes wrong in the house or wherever: broken pump, flooded basement, or smaller things, it always happens when I'm about to go to bed. I haven't been diagnosed with fibro, but my chronic pain levels increase with anxiety, and my worst problem is not having any money month after month, and the more pain I have, the less able I feel to do anything about it. I'm working on various projects, one of which is nearing its completion, so that sill help. Meditation is very helpful, and for me, sketching. Playing your guitar and singing must be wonderful! Take care, and blessings on your new adventures!
For peace of mind, I’ve gotten in the habit of checking my bank accounts each morning. It is just a necessity in this day and age. If this had to happen, it’s good it happened now rather than when you are traveling. Take good care.
I agree with those five and same as what I do. If I've been in the house too long, it sometimes turns into a feeling of isolation, then the mind races and I can feel a lowering of my mood. As soon as I go outside ...that mood is lifted. Always. Workouts also elevate my mood and both open up my mind and possibilities are back.
When it's too hot or too cold and forced to remain indoors, I get stir crazy. Yesterday I went out in frigid weather to get a couple of grocery items. The walk was rough but the fresh air felt good, a change of scenery and some light conversation with one of the very nice store staff were all welcome.
I have generalized anxiety too. Late at night is the worst. Watching a UA-cam Video with Guided Meditation helps. I'm usually too anxious to guide myself.
Two Japanese vloggers I watch are very calming. Soft instrumental music, no narration or assaults on the senses, and subtitles that don't over explain.
I have generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety disorder. I have to take medication. I find progressive relaxation works well for me. Also listening to music is very effective. Humming or singing also helps.
UA-cam unsubscribed me from all my channels, took away all my previous comments and made me create an account. Then I had to try to remember all the channels I had subscribed to for the last 15 years and re-subscribe. Just saying this in case others had the same experience and you notice that a lot of people unsubscribedto your channel. It's not you. Thank you for this vlog. I have anxiety too and have trouble falling asleep. You are dealing with so much. That's terrible that your credit card was compromised. Hope you have better experiences going forward.
Hi Alison! I'd say taking a walk is great for anxiety and depression!!! Exercise in general!! I had a stroke a couple of years ago, so I cant exercise like I used to. But I try!! Have to force myself at times.. Along with gratitude for surviving the stroke and being able to walk again, I'm also grateful to have gotten clean off of a 20 year addiction to drugs... Dope was my go-to for angst & melancholy... A lot of sadness still over losses and failures... I wish you the best in your move!! (Minus the intermittent frustrations)!! Sorry about the credit card!!😮
I had three credit cards breeched in less than a year. Every time one of my cards was used I was home while my cards were being used in other states. Now, the banks notify me the instant a charge appears on my card. The banks were great though all of it but what a pain in the backside. Not to mention scary as hell.
Thanks for talking about your anxiety because I have it too and have about the same things you do. I have had it since I was a teenager. Over the years I have learned to handle it because I used to get afraid of it. I think I kind of comfort myself like I would if it were happening to someone else and it helps.
Hi EG from Victoria Australia. We are having a heat wave. Whew! Great topic to discuss. Sometimes too much thinking does my head in 🤕 You are right, music is a great calmer. William Congreve was right when he penned the words, 'Music hath charms to soothe the savage beast'. Anxiety can be a savage beast. As an aside, I hope it works out with your credit card.
Hello Allison. I'm very sorry to hear about the incident you went through. I hope it's resolved without it costing you financially. Costing you mentality is more than a price to pay. It all goes to show one never have the luxury of dropping there guard. It's been said that contentment and reason increase with age. I say cynicism can also increase with life's curb balls coming at you. I like your tips on dealing with anxiety. I watch comedy movies and listen to music to heal my few anxiety issues. Tuning into you shows help a lot. I drink my chamomile tea without anything now like you. That's because you inspire me. I think of you often and am always hoping for your happiness. Sincerely.
I have identified 6 different types of anxiety that are all equally crippling on some level but not the same. The one I had this morning waking up at 2am was extreme manic and feeling like superman which generally last about 6 hours followed by an overwhelming extreme crash that turns into paranoia that will last until I go to sleep. Everyday is a mixed bag of exhausting exhaustion. I have learned to deal with it and live with it. It is what it is. Exercise and good eating is a must with any anxiety. It does help. Appreciate you sharing
I think the nerviest system ages just like everything else, money and health issues really rock my world,I guess it’s just life, and the lack of day light really gets to me.
I have had anxiety for many years, depression for decades, and grief for decades. Lots of losses and traumas like the rest of humanity. My anxiety starts in my stomach, of all places, and it feels like my nervous system is on high alert. Sometimes I try to pay attention to my breathing by inhaling as deeply as I can and very slowly exhaling. I’m a lay Dominican in the Catholic Church. As you probably know, the angelic doctor, St. Thomas Aquinas, was in our order, so for the past few years, I find that listening to the group, the Hillbilly Thomists, a bluegrass group of priests (most of whom have PhD’s in philosophy and/or theology) as I try to fall asleep really comforts and helps. If I can fall asleep, I’m usually all better by the next morning. Of course prayer is always part of the recipe. I hope you enjoy your travels and that you get to see the cathedrals, churches, museums, and maybe a dive or two.
I admire you getting out in very cold weather to alleviate some anxiety. That’s terrible what happened to your credit card being compromised. It’s happened to me and my partner. I only use my debit card at the ATM. Stay safe.
Someone got into my checking account, what a mess I had. I had to have my accounts closed get new accounts have everything transfered to the new accounts and then they had to watch my accounts to make sure they didn't get into my new accounts. Just had it compromised again at a garage in Vancouver, WA. I have never been there and I don't know anyone from there. It is aweful once you get compromised you have to always be on the lookout for it again. I do all the five things you suggested for Anxiety. It works for sure.
I never use my bank debit card on line. Like you said, disputing cash with banks is very difficult. It’s a good test run to establish a plan B while your travelling. If you have somebody you can trust living locally to deal with a possible situation, while you’re travelling. Have a worry free trip. You seem to to have you ducks in a row that’s all you can do.
i think I have noticed recently that if my mind is "going" at night and I want to sleep, if I lie on my back and put my hand over my heart it helps to draw my attention there, which is a calmer place than an active mind, so it quiets the mind. The only thing is, it is not ultimately how I want to sleep comfortably, so then I have to change position, LOL in order to sleep! I like to sleep on my side, curled up usually. I think someone else said in a video I watched recently, regaarding meditation, if you draw your attention to the back of your mind, so to speak, it quiets the mind, because the chatter is more in the front of the mind. ...this is all new stuff I have tried or heard about recently, so I am still going to see how it goes for me long term.
I feel you. I have CPTSD, also generalized anxiety order. That is why it is hard for me to sit through some videos. From my former career I know that card numbers can be lifted via the actual transmission; like out of the air so to speak. MUSIC!!! is where I turn. I used to hear the colors I paint in songs. That ability has been mute for a bit. I feel almost like I want to paint again.
Hello, Allison. Very sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with credit card fraud. I had nearly the exact same thing happened to me. I got scammed while communicating with Amazon. The scam artists sent me an exact copy of an Amazon email. I had to cancel my cards and freeze the big three credit reporting accounts. That's something you might want to do. It is fairly easy and doesn't cost anything. You can still unlock them when you need to. Also, have your card companies notify you whenever a charge is made and issue a fraud alert if needed. It sounds like you caught the problem early enough. You should be ok. I understand how you feel, though. It's very irritating. Hang in there, Allison. No worries. Take care.
@eldergal You are welcome, Allison. Life just likes to throw things at us sometimes, doesn't it. Fortunately, there are good experiences too. Take care and have a peaceful night. Stay safe out there.
Don’t keep all money on the account that has connected with debit card. Open another current account without a card and keep money there and transfer to the main one when needed
I live outside the US. I check my accounts every morning, and I get notified for over $200 transfers, etc. I keep a small amount of dollars stashed away. I have an extra credit card, I don't use it, just in case my main card has to get shut down. Which has happened to me once. Money issues have given me anxiety but I try to keep in mind that it's only money. I don't have much of it, so not that much to worry about. You can only do so much.
Same thing happened to me when I was in Paris in October. Mine had to have happened in the airport in Cincinnati. Luckily, my Visa company caught it, but it was inconvenient, as my only other card was a card that isn't as acceptable. I had to withdraw a fairly large amount of money from the ATM and used cash whenever I needed to. Good luck.
I don't have a lot on Major Depression to suggest other than possibly antidepressants. Don't know if you are on something like that. I know it must be challenging having these combination of issues. Take care!
Yes, I have had this happen 4X.!! This even after changing my passwords. The card company’s great & won’t hold you responsible for those charges. Glad you caught it! PS) Chocolate has caffeine too so for me, after 8pm, NO.
Social engineering is a real and very active thing these days. It’s important to keep very personal information about yourself offline. The hard part for UA-camrs like yourself is that you often share things and info about urself - even things you deem as innocent/small. Maybe you can put an alert on your card for every transaction and as you mentioned checking your transactions often can maybe help. Also see if you can put an 2FA on ur card.
Dark Chocolate is really good as an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, circulation booster among other health benefits. And it’s soo good as a daily treat. Milk chocolate not so much, where the cacao %age is reduced.
Oh, where do I start? I’ve had OCD (before I knew what it was), pulse suicidal thoughts since I was about twelve. My parents were both perfectionists, and my dad a very angry person, so no mistakes, EVER. They didn’t understand why I got to the point when I hardly ate anything. Therapy was never considered - that was for rich people, anyway. I’ve been on depression and anxiety meds since about 2005. I eventually had therapy too, but it didn’t help. Most mornings I awaken with an extreme feeling of anxiety. My husband understands, which helps. My dogs make me smile, and I do exercise. But part of me still feels broken. I’m sorry you have suffered, too. Sending you {hugs}. ❤
Sometimes hackers create fake sites looking similar to the original businesses. Also, at a restaurant when you give your card to the waiter. And on, and on, and on... For each protective measure, there will be somebody who will break it. It is perpetual...
Number 1 rule I learned Allison is never use Debit card on purchases. I use credit card on all purchases I mean everything. I have a CC that I get cash rewards so what I do is use it pay it or put the money in the CC and then spend it . I just learned this for my anxiety and it works for me lately . Playing play dough 🤣🤣. I walk around with it . See you next video. Thank you for sharing.
I was also stressed last night and couldn't sleep. I guess I got a few hours of sleep, but I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. The temperature was 16°, I did since the dog wanted out. I called the IRS line to make my payment only to find out that the line was no longer taking IRS payments. Of course, they were not open since it was Martin Luther King day. I spoke to someone today, and he told me the site to go to to make my payment. I have a lot of other things going wrong, and I find that sometimes I can't catch my breath. I breathe deep and exhale, and after a while, I breathe normally. I also listen to music. I love music. I hope this gets resolved for you. I pray everything turns out well and that you start feeling better. 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for the great tips! I have anxiety too. Walking helps - while eating chocolate LOL!. Dancing too! Also, I've had issues with credit cards on international transactions and learned to notify the cc bank before travel and before buying from another country. Also my local bank debit card was hacked after I used it for Airbnb. Somebody had themselves a good old time in San Francisco and Spain! lThankfully m.y bank covered it
Since October 16th, and more since mid-November, I have the most anxiety of my life and it’s ongoing. Symptoms are similar to yours and add tight chest, pounding heart, back pain, twitching eye, and low tolerance for things that seem petty in light of what I’m suffering with. What NOT to do: Overeat, not talking with somebody about it, and don’t google the topic and ruminate on all worst-case scenarios! I’ve found that journaling has helped me, stop looking online about the topic, white noise at night (videos of rain and I have some podcasters with soothing voices I’ll put on), and since it’s out of my control at this point, I just try to pretend that it’s going to all work out how I’d like it to.
I like and use your strategies. A walk makes an always surprising difference quickly but doesn’t sustain as long as I would like. Medication is always something that we should consider to break very tough loops of anxiety. Grounding techniques are good. It really is having a toolbox at the ready. Card readers often get skimmers for credit card fraud. Usually gas station in the US but I’m hearing ATM in Thailand is common, probably because of sheer numbers of ATMs for their large tourism industry. Anyway, yes just make checking your cards a quick daily or often activity and don’t stress otherwise. Definitely use a credit card as you noted.
Sorry to hear about what happened last night, Allison. To calm down anxiety; listening Chopin Nocturnes and Block-Breathing. Anyway stay safe. Warm regards from X. ❤
My question is: who does NOT have anxiety? It seems to me that everyone these days has some sort of anxiety, including me. We used to call that being stressed out or being a worry wart. Maybe it’s normal?? Seems these days most people have a minimum of three disorders, or more. What is happening to humanity? Or were we always this way but now pharma can make money selling us drugs to medicate normal?!
Money stress is terribly anxiety producing. I maintain a list to help pull me out of a funk/anxiety hole..... reading, baking, music, outdoors are my go tos. I do not do well meditating so I don't even bother with that, although my husband excels at it. I hope the credit card company resolves it all quickly and you're able to cross it off your mental list.
You might consider putting alerts on your cards so that you are sent an alert with every transaction even your own. Then you would have caught the first transaction.
Sorry that happened to you! But I agree on the tips, really useful. Difficult to remember them in the moment however, when all you want to do is curl into an anxious ball of stress. Hopefully your credit card situation gets resolved soon!
Used my credit card at hotel in NC...then got charges for rental car in NY among other purchases. So scary how easy it is to be victimized & it seems to happen more & more with traveling transactions/tourist areas.
I still think it is a good idea to take some traveller's checks with you and hid them somewhere. If you are robbed, or lose a card or something; at least you have a little stockpile to get you through a few days until the bank can get a replacement card to you.
P.S. I check my bank accounts daily. Good you will too. I find usually exceptionally shocking to the core experiences come when we least expect them as That is Their Nature.
This is of course distressing to have someone "use" our private credit card. My son was in London and the debit card machine ate his card. That would feel quite awful as well. All sorts of things happen in our lives that shake us up. I am wondering if we are being tested to see how calm we can remain in the midst of complete chaos. I just found mice coming into my home. I have been completely devastated as I locked out all but 2 by stuffing the steel wool wire and foam into the holes. Mad at the contractor for leaving those holes under kitchen sink.
Hi Allison, sorry for this anxiety attack but it’s very understandable. I would feel the sane way. I like your tip about stopping your thoughts. I am trying it now because I am anxious about switching to a different internet provider after 15 years. I could not sleep because I don’t really know how to figure out how to change all my devices to a new network. Anything technical freaks me out. For your credit card, you may want to set up alerts. I have Capital one and every time my card is used, I get an immediate text that tells me where it was used and the amount charged. They also have a virtual number you can use for all your purchases on line. Thank you for the tips. I know exercise works. I am trying to stop the thoughts now. Glad you were able to book your eurostar trip. Have you thought about getting a second credit card ? It’s nice to have 2 in case one does not work or it’s compromised. Hugs….
Thanks Edie! Sorry you're dealing with stress. Hope the thought stopping will help.. I do have other credit cards as backup that I don't ordinarily use.
When you’re there, maybe you want to keep a stash of cash somewhere safe. In the event of your not being able to access your accounts, you’ll at least have emergency funds.
Check washing is a problem though. Criminals will devise a new and creative way to commit their dirty deeds. Obstacles are only a challenge to them, they're never a deterrent.
Another warning: there's a high chance people will get their cards hijacked/hacked at airports. Put your cards in a faraday bag or RFID wallet. Some cards and some banks notify user immediately of any transactions.
@@eldergal Very smart of you. I was sitting with my d on a plane and she had her account hacked by (she believes) a man sitting behind me leaning towards her. He withdrew $2. first. Then she got ahold of the bank pronto but not an easy thing to do on a flight. Come to find out, these crooks swarm airports.
You have to opt into those notifications. I did---but only after I found out this was even an option. And so very glad I did ! Helps me keep track of financial activity without logging into various accounts everyday, which turns into a nuisance after awhile.
I'm just wondering about your second visa application, are you still waiting to hear from the French embassy? Perhaps that is adding to your anxiety. I have been away so missed a few videos so perhaps you have already told us.
@@eldergal OK good. A few years ago my bank rang me out of the blue to ask if I was in Tokyo buying toys in a toy shop. I said no, I’ve never been to Japan. They did an investigation and decided my card had been hacked and refunded the money ($200). I asked them how had my card been hacked but they wouldn’t tell me.
Ah, anxiety! Below is something I wrote before I found some peace by practicing all that I list. Anxiety incompasses me and tries to hold me as if to cuddle. Its a lie. In truth it is holding me hostage, but anxiety is having a party with insomnia in the walls of my being and they have invited depression to drive. Anxiety holds me captive. It explodes inside me. It feels like it is scraping from the inside out. It is siphoning me into oblivion. I'm trying to get it out of me. I move, I pace and punch the sky. I tell it to stop. I wish I could scream. Would it help? My mind is racing, there is no control. I've hit a wall. I can't think. I try to breath, distract, to think of serene places and play music. I drink something warm and journal. There is no help, no hope. Depression is lurking.
I've had GAD for years and been on medication for it for years. It is a horrible existence. And with whats happening in this country its not helping. You're lucky you're leaving. I hope you get your card situation fixed quickly.
Just wondering why you decided to make the purchase at 11pm, when you know you easily get anxious? And your credit card company should have flagged those transactions as they probably came from Europe.
Thy heavenly art in many hours of sadness has soothed my grief with tender chords divine, has my heart revived with love and gladness and borne my soul above to realms of rest
Wouldn’t that stress out anybody?!! I try to do nothing after 7 pm. I don’t answer the phone either. I have such trouble sleeping that I don’t need ANYthing to make it worse. Even an email can freak me out bc it’s evening and too late bc businesses are closed. Ugh. Sometimes, even when there’s nothing to stress about, I’ll wake up at 2:00 and never get back to sleep!! Then my day is ruined bc I feel hungover and like a zombie.
Alison relax have a cup of camomile and smile. That will do. I feel it as well. It must be very disappointing to hear about your money being stolen. Hope everything turns fine in the end. How is preparation going on for EU? You are a positive person, after all. Kiss kiss ❤❤
Seriously. With what's happening in the world and then this, would you consider going to another state to live? I'm checking free land in Oklahoma? Lol.
😢Sorry this happened to you. I am sure the bank will reimburse you. I am thinking maybe someone had your credit card info for a long time and decided to use it now. I don’t hear problems like this with Airbnb. Didn’t you travel recently to SF, did you use your card for train, ride share or hotel and shopping. I’m sure the bank will tell you where the card was used.
Struggle with anxiety and any other struggles we deal with in this world are easily resolved by a personal walk with Jesus and the study of his Word anything else is a complete fabrication from Satan.
@ certainly a lot of people mention that they believe in God, but which God is the big question and nobody gets to the God the father blessed through his son, Jesus Christ and him alone, but if she’s talking about meditation, that’s totally demonic that’s not the same thing as prayer

What a nightmare! Having someone hack a bank account is worse than a credit card! Hope things improve!
thanks for your tips.
Thanks for watching!
Focusing on an art project, meditating or box breathing helps when I get anxious, which doesn't happen very often any more since I'm retired.
I'm glad you found techniques that work! Thanks for sharing!
Where I live its 18 degrees and in single digits at night.😩🌨We also had some snow. Love watching your videos. Stay warm!!

From my former career I know that card numbers can be lifted via the actual transmission; like out of the air so to speak. MUSIC!!! is where I turn. I used to hear the colors I paint in songs. That ability has been mute for a bit. I feel almost like I want to paint again.
Thanks for sharing this! it is scary how easily one can be hacked!
No worries. Take care.
Thanks for sharing your experience John! It is definitely frustrating! Thanks for your moral support!
Good luck.
I have battled anxiety & Major Depression diagnosed. I’m looking for your suggestions. I too have Fibromyalgia for years.😮
I don't have a lot on Major Depression to suggest other than possibly antidepressants. Don't know if you are on something like that. I know it must be challenging having these combination of issues. Take care!
Most credit cards and debit cards will allow you to place text alerts over a dollar amount you choose.
Thanks for that suggestion! Will check my CC companies to see if they will do that.
Yes, I have had this happen 4X.!! This even after changing my passwords. The card company’s great & won’t hold you responsible for those charges. Glad you caught it!
PS) Chocolate has caffeine too so for me, after 8pm, NO.
Thanks for sharing this wejoin!
I think that chocolate works for anything 😀
😊
Dark Chocolate is really good as an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, circulation booster among other health benefits. And it’s soo good as a daily treat. Milk chocolate not so much, where the cacao %age is reduced.
🍫 dark choc good brain food
As Rhoda said to Mary on the MTM Show:
Cottage cheese solves nothing; chocolate can do it all !
I agree with you; it is difficult in this world today to maintain online safety. Thanks for your comment!
Thankyou for Thought Stopping!
Thanks for sharing imee! I don't use debit either except to get cash out. No, this was a credit card I used.
Thanks for sharing this Irene! IRS stuff is never fun! Thanks for your good wishes!
Somebody had themselves a good old time in San Francisco and Spain! lThankfully m.y bank covered it
Thanks for sharing this Donna!
Cutting back on refined carbohydrates can be an aid in dealing with anxiety and depression
Thanks for sharing your experience! Sounds like you have some good coping tools!
Thanks for sharing this! I like your mention of having a toolbox with a variety of methods or techniques.
Also Probiotic foods are helpful for dealing with anxiety
Sorry to hear about what happened last night, Allison. To calm down anxiety; listening Chopin Nocturnes and Block-Breathing. Anyway stay safe. Warm regards from X. ❤
Thank you so much for your kind suggestion Xavier!
@@eldergal Hi Allison, I mean Box-Breathing, sorry for the typo. By the way, ‘Haldonmusic’ at YT, has mesmerizing playlists.
I myself would also pop a ‘’ capsule as well as a magnesium glycinate capsule as well as a lions mane’ capsule ‘lions mane capsule…
❤️❤️❤️Adoring this video!
Thanks Joann!
You can set up notifications on the card to have an email sent to you every time the card is used. I do this for safety and peace of mind. .
That’s a great tip, thanks for sharing!
You might consider putting alerts on your cards so that you are sent an alert with every transaction even your own. Then you would have caught the first transaction.
who are your favorite painters? Lee Shulin American Landscape painter is my favorite painter. Thanks again.
My favorite painters are from the Renaissance or the Impressionist era.
@ you will inhale Paris
Sorry that happened to you! But I agree on the tips, really useful. Difficult to remember them in the moment however, when all you want to do is curl into an anxious ball of stress. Hopefully your credit card situation gets resolved soon!
Thanks!
My mom who passed at age 90 had Fibromyalgia so I know what you are going through with that.
Magnesium Glycinate is helpful
Vitamin D too
Used my credit card at hotel in NC...then got charges for rental car in NY among other purchases. So scary how easy it is to be victimized & it seems to happen more & more with traveling transactions/tourist areas.
Oh no! So sorry to hear that. It is scary!
How do you know that you have these conditions (OCD etc)? Have you been tested?
yes.
I still think it is a good idea to take some traveller's checks with you and hid them somewhere. If you are robbed, or lose a card or something; at least you have a little stockpile to get you through a few days until the bank can get a replacement card to you.
Although traveler's cheques still available, from what I understand many places don't take them now. But I get your point here. Thanks!
P.S. I check my bank accounts daily. Good you will too. I find usually exceptionally shocking to the core experiences come when we least expect them as That is Their Nature.
Thanks Lori!
Thanks for sharing this! The mice would totally freak me out!
I had my cc compromised with air b&b a year ago. I called them and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Luckily my cc company helped me.
That is disheartening about Airbnb. I thought their site would be more secure. Thanks for sharing this!
Sorry that happened. Strange your CC company didn't catch that.
I know right?
Hi . I can’t walk very good because I have sore legs . I think it’s anxiety causing this . Do you think it’s anxiety please.,
When you’re there, maybe you want to keep a stash of cash somewhere safe. In the event of your not being able to access your accounts, you’ll at least have emergency funds.
You almost want to go back to cash and physical checks of the 80s.
Would go back to that and a rotary phone in a heartbeat
I know what you mean!
Thanks! I already have my cards in an RFID wallet.
Actually it was an appeal sent to Nantes, France, and no, haven't heard anything. But not really expecting to get good news on it. Thanks!
music. what do you listen to. Mahler Das Lied von der Erde and john coltrane
I generally like classical, rock, and folk music.
@@eldergal recently Pink Martini
I have generalized anxiety. Seems to get worse with age
I hear you on that!
❤❤
The second card seems to have been hacked but why did the first credit card fail when you tried to buy the Eurostar ticket?
I think it's a glitch in the Eurostar platform. I was able to use the card when I booked Eurostar through another site.
Did you check the first card to see why it wouldn’t work?
The card was fine. It was apparently a glitch on the Eurostar payment system.
Problemas with crédito cards and other situations out any one down!
Anxiety
holds me captive.
Thanks much!
❤❤❤❤❤
Just wondering why you decided to make the purchase at 11pm, when you know you easily get anxious? And your credit card company should have flagged those transactions as they probably came from Europe.
I wasn't expecting a problem making the reservation actually. I am a little bummed that my credit card company didn't catch the problem. Thanks John!
Seems like most everyone I know has some form of anxiety, myself included.
It's fairly common unfortunately.
Thy heavenly art in many hours of sadness has soothed my grief with tender chords divine, has my heart revived with love and gladness and borne my soul above to realms of rest
Minus 30 ?!
Really to much could, here in Madeira is 19!
She said mid-thirties. Fahrenheit. If it were minus 30 her breath would be forming ice around her mouth and nose.
❤
Wouldn’t that stress out anybody?!! I try to do nothing after 7 pm. I don’t answer the phone either. I have such trouble sleeping that I don’t need ANYthing to make it worse. Even an email can freak me out bc it’s evening and too late bc businesses are closed. Ugh. Sometimes, even when there’s nothing to stress about, I’ll wake up at 2:00 and never get back to sleep!! Then my day is ruined bc I feel hungover and like a zombie.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE WRITE DOWN THE 5 TIPS....THANKS
It's in the video, thanks!
Elder gal I need help.
I am sorry that happened to you
Thanks!
Alison relax have a cup of camomile and smile. That will do.
I feel it as well. It must be very disappointing to hear about your money being stolen. Hope everything turns fine in the end.
How is preparation going on for EU?
You are a positive person, after all.
Kiss kiss ❤❤
NEVER, EVER use debit card!
Edit: for online purchases or any other. Pay the fee, go via credit card.
I did use just credit cards. Thanks!
Seriously. With what's happening in the world and then this, would you consider going to another state to live? I'm checking free land in Oklahoma? Lol.
hackers set up phoney websites to look like real sites.
Very scary.
