So under-rated. 💕 I'm 40 now, and this was hands down my favourite song as a teen..so it speaks volumes about this song.. The 90's was so rich and amazing, musically, it's as if songs had more passion and heart to them then.. I feel like nothing compared to the 90s, musically..(although the 80's was amazing, too) Anyway, we were spoilt - lucky to have been part of that generation. 💕 Even now, all these years on, just those first couple of notes in and I still get ALL the feels.. I was 17 when this came out in summer of 96. Sounded incredible then as it still does now. Not gonna lie I had so many girlfriends that summer and the next year at college and each one I thought that’s it this is going to be our song for years to come. It wasn’t until the next year when the album came out and my girlfriend I was with we used to listen to it nearly every day and I was with her for just over five years after.
