Having last a child at birth in July 1993, i think what you are doing is beautiful. I need to clean the granite headstrong for my son and notice that there are other stones near his that need to be cleaned. I just was not sure what to use as I do not want to mess up the stones.
The basics are water and nylon brushes….basically anything they isn’t metal. There are products called D2, Orvus, and Wet n Forget as well for more detailed and long lasting results. We have used D2 before and it’s amazing. I recently ran out and need to get more. Haven’t tried the others personally, but hear they do a great job.
Just found this channel you are so kind to clean up that little boy's marker stone it looks great now! God Bless you love from the UK x
Thank you so much for the comment! It’s crazy to me that people from the other side of the world have viewed our little channel. Means a lot.

@kirbappeal182 Thank you for the info. I will try this out.
My baby boy died january 8, 1973...a week later.
I’m so sorry to hear that. I can’t begin to imagine your pain and I’m sure it’s never faded.
Seeing babies' graves breaks my heart.
What motivates you to do this?
RESPECT
Thank you
That's terrible to clean the tombstone you do more damage than good.
We use either water or the same product that national cemeteries use to clean them...as well as non metal brushes or anything abrasive.
