OCD is a funny creature isn’t it? So many different types. So many different experiences. Contamination OCD with a side of dermatillomania is where I land and it’s utterly terrible. It’s just such a tiring condition because it’s tied to so many things in our everyday lives. I really appreciate when you chat about it though, it’s relatable and very real.
