- In this video, I show you how to star lace your shoes. It is an extremely easy shoelace tutorial in which you can learn how to tie your shoes with a cool lacing pattern. This is one of the coolest shoelace patterns that I have ever seen, but it is definitely not one of the easiest to do in comparison to the others that you can use. With that being said though, it is still relatively easy to accomplish if you put your mind to it and utilize the instructions and demonstrations that I am providing you with.

This worked perfectly once you work hard enough for it, however since the other holes did not get used it was very loose.

Quick tip yall, make one of the laces longer at the beginning. I know he said to make them even but I tried this and it worked except one of the sides was wayyy too short at the end. He adjusted his in the video but mine was too tight to adjust without fucking up the star so yeah, just to be safe make one side longer if you can 😭
Edit: more tips: since he’s not specific with sides, I like to think of it as the inside and outside of the shoe. If you have converse high tops, the inside is the side with the converse all star seal. Insides= facing each other, outsides= facing outward, the part that is easier to see to everyone around you
You want the lace to be longer on the outside of the shoe because that is the one you will be working with more and you need it to still be long at the end in order to tie them.
best tutorial ever, usually tutorials like these are very unclear and hard to do but this one is literally the best tutorial i have ever seen.

i tried it on move platform hi converses and it did work but it was very uncomfortable to walk with it i dont know about other models of converse but it didnt really work on mine

Had to replay it 5-7 times to finally get it on one shoe, I’m definitely not going to do the other + I feel like mines looks bad ??? Idk how he made his look better, one of my laces is still longer than the other 😭😭 it’s still kinda cute tho

I did it like trice(because I was trying to put my cool red laces from my old shoes on but turns out they are too short and these shoes have nine eye sockets not seven)
