IGAD nominates Somalia to lead in mediation talks

- Somalia is expected to work towards bringing Sudan back into IGAD after Khartoum suspended its membership in January. During a recent top-level IGAD visit to Mogadishu, the officials discussed working for the benefit of all eight IGAD member states equally by promoting the collective good and advancing regional stability.

The regional body of IGADD lead by Workene Gabeyahu, a known supporter and sympathizer of Abiy, has already lost its credibly and opportunity from the get go by not flagging and talking Abiy out of the illegal scheme. Its neutralilty and trustworthiness is now anyone 's guess . Somalia shouldn't waste a minute with Abiy's dishonest circles and childish play scheme.

True . The guy Workine Gabayehu is already screw up this issue 9 months in the IGADD regional body by not intervening and flagging Abiy"s flagrant agressions and overtures against Somalia. On the contrary, he has been all along and still is the real mastermind and right man for Abiy's illegal scheme. That is Abiy is why try to make circles around with him.
