DETECTIVES INVESTIGATE MULTIPLE VEHICLE BURGLARIES IN DUNEDIN - ALL VEHICLE DOORS LEFT UNLOCKED

On Thursday, deputies responded to the area of Palm Boulevard and Edythe Drive in Dunedin after reports of multiple vehicle burglaries in the neighborhood. Deputies learned there were over 15 reported burglaries throughout the night, and, in each incident, the vehicles’ doors were left unlocked. We would like to remind residents to lock vehicle doors and never leave valuables in your vehicle. If you must leave your firearm in your vehicle, secure it in a lockable compartment, and always lock your doors.
