Study in Germany /Master in Germany / Master student journey to get admission in German University! I have share my story and profile for Master admit to German Public University in English taught program. I hope you take away 5 essential points that I have shared at the end of the video to make the admission process to German University lighter.

I definitely didn't expect a video too detail oriented. So great and thumbs up. From the very first step of thinking about Masters to very end, you explained every minute detail which was really awesome. That salary thing was really honest from you. You are really doing great.
And to the fellow viewer's reading....My suggestion for IELTS is also same. I agree that these days a few Universities are accepting Medium of instruction certificate but still it's always better to be on the safe side by appearing for the exam. You never know when will it be useful. What if you don't have any admits from the Universities you wanted (which accepted MOI) and now you have to apply to other which demand IELTS? You can obviously give it later but trust me it will really be a stressful situation. Getting into a German university is not a less stressful situation. It really takes a toll on you, so you would surely not want this extra burden out of nowhere when deadlines are nearing. So yeah, be on a safer side. IELTS is a very easy exam but other things around you will make it seem tough in the end. So get rid of it before handed and be on safe side.
And I might have sounded demotivating while saying that the process in whole is stressful but don't give up, the end results are what matters and I am sure it will all be worth it.

For those in college right now, focus on your GPA if you are planning for masters in Germany. It is one of the deciding factors here. Your relevant work experience and internships also matter, but not more than GPA. If you don't crack top 10 colleges, no need to worry. Rest of the colleges here are also really good.

I am greatly admiring you for all your videos and the information you are providing, that really helps many people around the world, because you are conveying it in English, that's great. I get to your videos on the way I am planning to do my PhD in Germany. I'll be happy if i get to know about Max plank institute, where I am hoping to apply. I wanna give a little clarification to you personally. Maybe you might know this or it was a mistake i consider. CGPA is 8.3 that doesn't mean it's 83%. If CGPA is 8.3 it means 78.85%. To calculate the percentage with CGPA one should do the multiplication of 9.5 to CGPA.
Example: 8.3 * 9.5 = 78.85. Hope you are safe there and all the best to all your future plans and projects. Thank you.

Hey Shraddha, i love your work. Also, does applying via Uni Assist enhance the chance of acceptance or can I apply via the portal itself and it'll still be equally treated. is there a disparity?
Some University mention to apply via uni assist only. If they ask to apply directly to the university you can do it. And no applying via uni assist alone doesn't enhance the chance. Also apply only and only if it's the university requirement

Hi Shraddha , I like all your videos and thank you for providing such valuable information. I have a question. Do the universities convert Indian CGPA differently for different universities? For example, is the CGPA from an NIT converted the same way as from other colleges because the passing minimum is around 33% at NIT. So is a CGPA of 8 treated the same way as from any other non- NIT or non-IIT colleges/ unis in India?
My btech result is in German grade 2.5 and mtech result in German grade 2.1 … now I wanna do another masters in Germany… how much possibilities for me … plz replay Mam .🙏🏻

Hello, madam, I learned two things from your mistake is that
first:- try to apply early as the possible
second: - Give any exam that shows as English medium recognition as backup

even doing One research internship Project with my university professor on Armour design for ballistic impact and also done a course certified on EVs from GERMI (Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institue)
Also Trying to do courses on automobile-based ones

The thing is you are doing good, being a young student in Germany one must appreciate you. I am looking for more detailed insights from a layman perspective to begin ahead and do the needful for masters for 2020/21 intake.

Can you make a video on applying to German university’s with low Indian grade and work experience to add on and some detailed tips, please. This’ll certainly help lot of aspirants those having 50-60% as per Indian education system and does not meet the criteria of 2.5 European grading system (ECTS)?? Awaiting 😊🤘🏼
Heyy ...i want to know about something if u can help actually for the course im planning to study highly recommends gmat exam but its not mandatory and im really not interested in giving that exam should i skip that part or not im really confused though i dont have any work experience...
So if you don't give IELTS, then it is ok for the Visa interview as well if we don't give IELTS. Because I heard from a lot of people that even though the course you are looking to apply is not required IELTS, but still for a visa interview it might require IELTS. Can you elaborate? Another think can I opt for another master's if already pursued a master's in India.

It would be very tough to get into Eng taught program in Public Uni. My suggestion would be to go for German Taught programs

Hello Shraddha, one question you said that no special document is required for booking in Studentenwerk. Are you sure abt this? It is mot easy bcz the percentage is very low. You can try your best by writing a good motivation letter (watch my video). Do your own research about the university. All the best

I have seen courses on daad.de where the eligibility criteria does not mention any minimum percentage. Does that mean they are not considering marks as a criteria of admission ?
They do consider marks 70% and above are considered to be a good percentage
