Pendrive se leke Windows PC tak, aap apne devices ko format toh karte hi honge, fir chahe aapka smartphone ho, yaha data recovery possible hai ya nahi, aur aap kaise sahi tareeke se format kar sakte hai yahi maine aapko bataya hai. Sir, suppose a laptop got infected with a critical virus & even Antivirus is not able to solve the problem. If formated and fresh Windows is Installed will that virus still affect it?? As in this video you said formating only removes the Indexing of files. So that particular virus will still be there on the HDD..
