- I am testing the sound quality of the ION Total PA 500 watts speaker with color wheel and app function. We will see how you can link two speaker together. I did not do a microphone check but the echo effect does sound well and you are able to control it to you liking.
The cost of each speaker at costco is 200.00 but it was 150.00 for the online special. CHECK those out when they do come back again.

I've seen some bad reviews was worried a bit before buying but just as I figured the one's saying it's not loud don't know how to adjust anything or lie bought one yesterday they come flat no bass set or anything you need to turn all that up big difference, then if you're on Amazon music crank the equalizer another jump massive bass and trouble at that point going back for the 2nd speaker today, and I didn't use app to connect no issues with shutting off

Did you find your speaker shutting down or powering down after 30 min or so?
Gil Msngk yes it does turns off but it’s part of its design I went over the quick start guid and it states that It has an automatic shut off after 20 mins of not receiving a signal . Meaning music playing . So you would need to adjust your audio source to its lowest level so it can detect that a signal is passing . Hope this helps

@@wheelsoffaith5678 lo que puedes hacer es tener el audio muy bajo para que no se apague por que está diseñado para que se apague cada 20 min por si no está usando la bocina. conserva energia. al o contrario van a necesitar que le subas manualmente al volume or otro boton para que prenda de standby.

Thanks for the info bro, I have one of these speakers but the problem I have is that the speaker keeps shutting off while playing. I have to turn the power off/on and have to wait for a bit before the power turns back on..any reason why

Costco just came out with a new one. The PA Prime. Have you checked it out?
Yes and i own the older one and newer one. The newer one is not as loud also it has a digital control which is annoying ASF. I much prefer the older one since i had to push the dam button 4 times for it respond LOL. I would highly suggest getting the older one if possible.

it came with the stand, microphone and xlr cable for micrphone. the remote is the phone which you can download the application.

Yes, you would have to use the aux cable . I got one of these speakers.

They have aux input outputs ...so you run one output to the other ones input...
U can link it together no need aux input output

It has wheels and a handle so it can be portable but you do need to have it plug into the wall out . It does not have its on battery

Yes, disconnect the microphone from the xlr cable and use that same cable to connect and link two speakers together. The cable has both a male and a female end, but the speakers have both male and female adapters to make the connections.
How do you get your spotify to play through the speaker? When I try to use Bluetooth it says I have to use the App.. but I can't find that function on the app?
I just connect thru the Bluetooth function on the speaker . I haven’t add that issue . Just try to connect directly with the speaker again . Sorry not much help

I figured it out now. There are two Bluetooth connection options. You will need to connect to the "Total PA Supreme" not the "Total PA Supreme BLE"

You can sync them using the button on the back that’s say sync .
@@BMFG I tried that and they didn't sync. got same speakers same company just different Gens. I'll try it again and have the app next time i'm at my Camp where i left them lol
@@Loadedgoods Let’s hope the app fixes that issue . But if not try the buttons on the back again but turn on speaker first and connect it to your Bluetooth if your using your phone etc.. once that’s connected turn the next speaker and press the button on the first one your turn on and then the second speaker.

It has too be in aux mode and your not supposed too use your main volume just your source volume if your playing through the aux

Just hold down on the push select knob for 5-6 seconds than the speaker would reset itself
My speaker is not working with the color beat sync it gets stuck in color cycle. Do you know a solution to this ??
Best way to have the best sync is thru the app . Don’t know why but that works best for me.

Si súper fácil , para vincular las dos ay un botón que dice link presiona lo en cada Bosina y deja que se comunícate entre ellas y después se escucha un sonido que es particular como que te dice que ese conectaron . Si no fuciona hazlo otra vez .
Si se están apagado es porque no ay música y por default se apagan para conservar energía. Mantiene la música en volume de 1 por los menos para que estén trabajando… espero que la info te ayudé

Yes you can , i turn in my speakers link them and then connect my phone to the aux 3.5 mm input and the music does go to both speakers using the aux function

You are overloading the speaker/amp. You need to lower the audio level

I need some help bro for for some reason I have no sound coming out of my Total PA Supreme Jus Bought (2days Ago Jan 21st)I Have The App Downloaded I've Unpaired And Paired Already Alot of Times it worked fine for 2hours and then all of a sudden it stopped playing any sound the music plays on my phone but no sound comes out of the speaker you can see the click light going off when I pick the volume up to 30 so I know the music is thier but like I said no sound comes out the lights do even turn on anymore.
I haven’t had that issue with mine . I been able to pair them Bluetooth no problem.
I would return them and get a new set . Let us know if you find a solution to it ?

Interrupciones ? Como si no están en sync ? O que tipo . Porque también apenas paso que cuando conecto las dos bocinas atraves de Bluetooth como que no están en sync y debo que usar el botón de link para que están en sync .

You would need to connect the speakers to a mixer and then use the mic . It doesn’t not allow you for the mic sound to be transferred to both speakers . Just one .

If you don’t want the speaker to shut off when you’re using microphone you have to plug the microphone into XLR and turn the volume all the way up and then use your master

@@Refaan They have an internal mixer and amp, so you can use them without a mixer. Or you can connect the output of your mixer to the AUX input and just use them as "dumb" active speakers.
If you already have a nice mixer with plenty of inputs, just connecting the output of the mixer to the AUX input on these speakers is probably the way to go. The internal mixer is capable in a pinch, but limited compared to dedicated mixer.
Word of caution, make sure the SOURCE level on the speakers is set as low as you can get away with or the internal mixer can start clipping way before the amp, causing distortion. Lower source level and higher volume produces less distortion than the default settings.

@@Kuya_Gil it's my 2nd purchased. I returned the 1st one i thought it a factory defect but same issue again.
I was reading over the manual “quick start guid “ it says that it has an automatic shut off after 20 mins if it doesn’t receive a signal . So in order for this not to happen you need to have your volume on your phone or device which you are using to send the music on low or mute .

My other concern is, what if I'm only using the speaker as PA system. No device is connected.. just plain mic use over the PA speaker. Then the speaker powered down.. and the mic stop broadcasting.

I got one a last month (PA PRIME) for outdoor movie night. Sound was not great when connected to my computers Bluetooth. my little JBL portable Charge 4 has way more richer sound and volume compared to this ION.
Extremely hard to believe, I connected this to my phone at BJ's and the sound was incredibly good, blew me and my daughter away. Tried the JBL Partybox 200 and that was a disappointment. This speaker here sounded damn near like club speakers.

Ain't none of you younger generation even know what power is, watts use to be raw pure power when you turned on the Amp not like today's max watt it might possibly hit in a tune , big difference I had a 600watt amp from the 70s would blow the doors of the 1500watt supposably raw watts Amp I had that wouldn't even max out the 400watt speakers I had and was shutting down at half volume with my old Amp lol

This speaker is far from trash. I have two older models but they are the same thing as newer models. For the price you’ll get a good speaker with the ability to use it for party’s, karaoke etc. the mixer is a plus
Because you dont know how to use it i thought the same thing about my pa ultimates. You have too have the volume on your phone fully up and control the volume off the speaker knob or app.And also dont go over 10 volume on the speaker it would blow.
