This is the submission of participant Simona Zineviciute for the Top Spot Award 2022 after 100 hours of production.
The #TopSpotAward 2022 (Winter Edition) is an international video competition. 🏆
10 filmmakers from UK, the Netherlands, France and Germany were selected in a two-stage process to shoot a 100-second film about the region in 100 hours. For this purpose, the talented videographers were invited to Switzerland for a whole week, including accommodation, meals, mobility package, tickets for all public transport, rental car and many entrances to local sights. At the end of the week an award night took place, where the first three places were chosen. In addition to various goodie bags and travel vouchers from the partners, there was prize money of 10,000 euros for the three winners.
For the destination, this contest is an innovative form of content and social media marketing. Local residents are heavily involved and portrayed in the filmmakers' videos. Their voices and perspectives highlight the region's connection to its character and residents.
As a production company, it is also important to us that the individual filmmakers are featured and ultimately benefit from the network.
