I agree with you I think Sally Acorn is one of the best cartoon Princesses as well as probably the best love interest to Sonic because you know she's no damsel in distress infact she's a badass who can fight for herself and I like how at first in the show it seems one-sided but it turns out that Sally actually does have the same feeling Sonic has for her which I think leads to the most powerful moment in the show in the final episode when the to finally embrace their feelings for one another

But here's one thing you forgot about Princess Bubblegum, she's the adoptive mother of Lemonhope. She went out of her way to rescue him from then villain Lemongrab, with the help of Finn of course. Too bad Lemonhope didn't stay long, and took a different path, not to mention kicking Lemongrab's butt. Wherever he is, I'm sure PB is very proud of him. No doubt about it.

I quite liked the character Sally Acorn in the Sonic Satam cartoon for several reasons she's literally the first princess I think of when people say tomboy princess since she definitely fills those categories she's kind wise intelligent and a strong woman who has proven herself to be able to fight for herself and doesn't like being the damsel in distress and I also like how she doesn't like being a dress to as princess as she just likes to be treated like anyone else let's not forget her sexy voice that was provided by Kath Soucie and plus I thought it was really cute the relationship she had with Sonic with Sonic being the guy who has an open crush on her and she was often deny having feelings for him but despite there are times where she can't stand being around him because of his cocky and laidback personality it turns out that she actually does have the same feelings for him but she doesn't express it which I think definitely makes it all the more satisfying in the final episodes when they finally embrace the feelings for one another with what I have to say is one of the most beautiful moments in the whole show when they finally share a kiss
Sally at #9? The fact that she can thwart Ivo's vile ambitions and keep Sonic honest- all without invoking her title- should've earned her a higher spot!
