To był mój pierwszy album w takim stylu! Jako fan death metalu (od zawsze) muszę powiedzieć, że ta muzyka była dla mnie intrygująca: połączenie agresji, chwytliwości i cudownych smutnych złowieszczych harmonii. Nieziemski klimat...
Old good memories, this is when dimmu wos Still real black metal. 1998,i get this In record store, from Kuopio, finland. When I wos wisit there. Hails from northern finland.
i am new to dimmu borgir and i find this music and voice pretty special. the brother of my wife loves this band so i decided to try start listening to it. we get used to it with time i could say. the mix of keyboard with classical and metal is very special. i did listen to newer material from the band and its even more special. im more into death metal or things like maiden or dio or black sabbath and more common bands but i do like listening to other stuff and this makes something different to listen to. i bought the edition of this album on vinyl that comes with the cd too and will probbaly give the cd to my brother in law to make him happy and i hope he dont have it already.
GREAT E.P,!!! This was a terrific lineup for Dimmu Borgir. I have the extended version of this release with bonus tracks and I still listen to this very often. They do a great cover of Accept's "Metal Heart" and "Moonchild Domain" is a fantastic opener!!! I am so glad Nuclear Blast Records is streaming these older Dimmu albums for Everyone to hear they are absolutely TERRIFIC!!! GREAT ALBUM (E.P.) GREAT BAND!!! THANK YOU Dimmu Borgir and Nuclear Blast Records for sharing this with All of Us!!!! : )

Not really. Stien fucked up Stormblast with juvenile ripoffs. Mustis was much more professional and brilliant. Mustis' synths and keyboard arrangements on SBM are otherwordly.
@@containternet9290 is not about how technical he is, is about the sound of the keyboards, that fits very well in their music. I bought SBD album when it came out, first with Mustis, and I could not stand it, sold it
@@clauderosier9328 Dimmu Borgir peaked with Mustis in terms of Symphonic Black Metal, so much so that Stian's departure was little missed when Mustis stepped in. Again, Mustis' arrangements and synths on SBD are unmatched to this day. What about the line up on SDB? Shagrath, Silenoz, Astennu, Nagash, ICS Vortex, Mustis and Tjodalv. How terrific was it? Anyway, Stian was just too careless and unprofessional, but if it werent for his juvenile ripoffs and lack of commitiment to the band, he would get more recognition in the scene for his contribuitions on FAT and EDT.

My favourite Dimmu Borgir album
the beginning of "raabjorn speiler draugheimens skodde" makes me wanna cry! ! ! beautifull, dark, depressed, desolated. awesome ! ! ! ! !
The real version is in their first album, For All Tid
@@roromoho Yep, but this album is great. It sounds so great. Dimmu was at their pic at the time.
The first 2 dimmu borgir albums + this are timeless masterpieces, classics.
Yes, and also the next albums, lol.
Definitely an underrated EP
Highly underrated
It has 32 press and repress... what does it make underrated?

Great song can't go wrong
It is one of the best songs on their catalogue in my opinion. It's such a killer song.
I remember when I listened for the first time this EP. I was living in El Salvador back then. Such a nice memory!
I listened it for the first time around 2001 in Spain.
my first album of DM. Pure dark symphonic Black Metal

4:18 is the best boost in black metal, the way the energy rises til the explosive scream and blasted drums is epic.
