1) DIRTY KITCHEN is common in Philippine homes. This is where most of the work/cooking is done. The difference is who gets bigger and/or sophisticated dirty kitchen. 2) Helpers = are housemaids. I think he said he has 4 helpers. The helpers' quarters have their own living room fully furnished. Each helper have her own bedroom.
