Car Loan 20 lacs (downpayment ignored for easiness),
EMI for 84 months - 31000 (rounded to nearest 100),
Total Spent on Car: 26.18 lacs in 7 years.
Same 31k Withdrawal from SWP of 20 lacs:
Total Withdrawal amount : 26.04 lacs and Remaining Value in MFs : 7.6 lacs
(Total value derived from Investment in 7 years: 33.6 lacs)
less spend on car - (-26.18 lacs)
Final Profit : 7.42 Lakh + Enjoyment of Car.
