Buick - Curbside Chat #17 with Ed Mertz (1989)

Another rare video (Number 17) from a multi-tape series, presenting a "Curbside Chat" with the General Manager of Buick Motor Division, Ed Mertz. Ed joined GM in 1960 as an Engineer and ran Buick from 1986 until his retirement in 1994. Buick distributed these tapes to the broad Dealer base once every 4-to-6 weeks. In this tape #17 from October 1989, Ed shares the Sales Results for the month/year, Dealer Promotions, 1990 Pricing Strategy (R.L. Payne), Acid Rain, and holds his regular Q&A session.
