While on the trip we also did a free walking tour of Galway city centre organised by Tribes. This was really good and the guide, anna, was nice but also knowledgeable about the city and if you're interested follow the link below:

Finally, we did a minibus tour of the Aran Islands. The tour guide was called John and he was both friendly and knowledgeable. I was unable to find his website but I thought I'd mention him due to his great service and low prices.
