Nice trucks. They improved them in later years with three more color choices, a better dash layout with needle gauges and a tach, and an OD transmission. And a few more HP.
I don’t get why they made a truck like this back then and not a camaro or corvette with a 454 like this is cool but that was a huge missed opportunity.
1990 was the first year for those Chevy 454SS pickups. Then in 1993, Ford's answer to a limited edition pickup was the Lightning.
