Display setting like set to 1080p 50hz is not saved but goes back to auto 4K
I have something strange. I bought the Z11 Pro Max BT1 version and did put it out of sight in a closet. When I try to turn it On, it does not turn on. I have to open the closet and then it works. But after it is On, I can close the closet again and change channel, volume etc of the Z11 and also turn it off! It looks like On does not accept Bluetooth? Please try it from your side for me. I have in the setting when turning off, it should go to Off and not Restmode

This didn't help since you never indicated how we get to that screen!
When you're using the box and you're watching something full screen, you're going to press the menu button three horizontal lines on the right side of the remote. You're going to then go down to content manager and then content sources and that should put you where you need to be
@@thestreammachine8967 I pressed the 3 line and got the menu but no content manager or content sources. Under settings all I got is clear EPG cache or datat
Recently I noticed my EPG does not display and listings...is there a fix for that?
I guess you can check your provider
It works on other devices seems strange I tried all the fixes I read in the forum but seems to be a reoccurring issue

@@thestreammachine8967 Ok I changed the guide from normal to UTC and now it works so far...very interesting
I can’t find that screen on my Z11 PRO
It's in content manager. You have to go into the content manager and then into content sources where your portals were created
