    What is Multiple Sclerosis ❓
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves. Signs and symptoms of MS vary widely and depend on the amount of nerve damage and which nerves are affected. Some people with severe MS may lose the ability to walk independently or at all, while others may experience long periods of remission without any new symptoms. There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease, and manage symptoms.

@@fxlish5235 ….not much I can do. Lorazepam and lyrica when it’s bad. I’ve been having these events where it feels like constant voltage..30-40 volts constant and problems walking. Anxiety galore when it hits. When it resolves, while sleeping, I can then walk ok. These events happenon the way to sleep and I suddenly wake afraid after being asleep for minutes but it’s a completely different reality. I imagine it’s my brain stem lesions. Having a chat with the naive neuro next week. Ive used THC tincture as a bandaid with the internal tremors. That with CBD.

Just to be on the safe side, it might be a good idea to make sure you aren't iron-overloaded (iron supplements and cod liver oil - clo can send ferritin levels through the roof). As a society, we should err on the side of caution when it comes to supplements.

Thank you Seb for sharing this. I experience tremors but mine are a little different. I’ve had MS since 2006 and I’ve been having ups and downs with it. All drug treatments I’ve tried failed quite badly. I had to stop and go 100% natural. Healthy diet, supplements, little exercise as I can, bee stings or apitherapy, bee products…
However, because this is a chronic disease and because sometimes I get tired of the strict lifestyle, I get flare ups but thank God nothing very ugly.
Back to my tremors, I feel that my muscles tremble from the inside. I don’t see the shaking but I can feel it. Plus, my tremor feeling is always accompanied with muscle weakness, my legs during these episodes can barely carry me.
I will try the cbd products, hopefully it will help with tremors.

Hi Do you also get muscle spasms in your neck and back? I know what it’s like to get tremors and that feeling of shaking inside. My GP said once about the inner tremor, you can’t see it but you can feel it. Boy did she get that spot on. When you get the outside and inside tremors going it’s so unpleasant, like your shaking to pieces. When my doctor asked when do I get these? Let’s see..when I’m cold,or hungry,or stressed, even excited about something like a action movie. My solution was to drink a hot cup of matcha. Don’t know why this works because regular tea doesn’t. We each have to find our way. Thanks for your video.

My neuro is stuck between a blizzard case of migraine; hemiplegic migraine or multiple sclerosis ( currently treating migraines first ). Oh, do I get those tremors and shakes uncontrollably like today. My lower body is always tight, no matter what I do and looks like I'm walking while I'm at rest. Exercise is quite difficult since my legs are already tight then I tend to experience cramps within the same day or immediate uncontrollable tremors like today for 30 mins~.
I get all the symptoms of hemiplegic migraine and MS with no lesions. I had chronic migraines for my entire life and experienced a disease that affects neurological problems over the long term when I was a baby.
    ~
The symptoms are quite terrible but I have medicine to manage pain, extreme tiredness/weakness ( esp. getting off the bed ), cog fog and acid reflux. So, it's okay most of the days except the mood swings, where I feel not normal like everyone else/existential crisis.

@@LifeofSebMS tests for Ms and lupus were negative! Turns out it's a genetic disorder (not anemia) that causes my body to not produce as much energy or replace muscle as quickly as I use them...so if I overwork, my symptoms mimic MS. Although I don't have MS I'm still staying a subscriber, love your videos and your journey!♥️

@@tiffann9514Hey Tiffann, can you let me know which disease that is? I suddenly became B12 deficient a few years ago and now have some symptoms of various autoimmune/mixed connective tissue disorders, but my pernicious anemia tests came back negative. Thanks!

What has really helped me out is Baclofen. I use marijuana at night occasionally but it can only be a small amount. It helps with my pain and gives me a reallly good night sleep.

I recommend trying eating raw dairy butter. It will stabilize your nervous system and heal your MS. I am a brain injury survivor living with epilepsy some symptoms of MS. Raw dairy and raw butter has helped me so much. Same with raw eggs.
Best wishes and thanks for the video.

I have "intentional tremors" when I do intentional movements, and "snap" like feelings when I move my body, like I can't control the power. Rivotril helps me reduce these sympthoms, but it's not gonna work as a long term therapy
