Karen, do your due diligence and watch the videos. Torre only has warrant of arrest for a certain Cimenez in Pasig. The one for Quiboly has already been served & certified by NBI. Inspite that, Torre insist that they will enter & search regardless (legal or not).
The courts have found probable cause hence court of Pasig issued a warrant of arrest which the PNP has to execute. The arrest warrant remains valid unless served.
The NBI issuing a certificate does not cancel the validity of the warrant to be served.
Ang unserved warrant remains valid until served.
The IBP already issued a statement. The premises is more than 30 hectares. The police may search within reasonable time.

Hindi yan ang issue. Unang una, paso na ang warrant kay Quiboloy dahil nagamit, at na certify na ng NBI na wala si Quiboloy dyan. Mas important dyan, ay ang paglabag sa karapatan ng mga miyembro na wala namang kasalanan. Simbahan nila yan. May paaralan dyan at may bahay na may nakatira. Bakit pinipigilan ng PNP lumabas at pumasok ang mga miyembro?
