The 2014-15 series was probably Semi Kunatani's best year in terms of performance in the Fiji 7s Jersey. Scoring a whopping 40 tries in that series and being nominated for player of the year along with names like Werner Kok and Seabelo Senatla. Kunatani is an all round great player. His height is utilised perfectly in the lineout and restart. Offensively he is probably one of the most dangerous men to try and stop. His fend and sidestep are extraordinary, along with his shocking speed for his height at 6"4. He also uses his long arms to get offloads away when you think impossible. Defensively, he is a hard hitting work horse. He rarely misses tackles and often saves tries. Probably one of the best to ever don the Fiji 7s Jersey

Just an absolute rock of a man. His performance in the Olympics finals was a highlight, even though he did not score a try. Always seems cool and calm, but is so aggressive when tackling. It is with good reason why he is called "the beast". Wonderful compilation here ...
