This was an informative video! Exactly what I needed before our family trip in April.

Excellent tip on the reef snorkeling. (Pay for a one day and if your kids like it then upgrade). I hadn’t heard that elsewhere.

So when you went to Honolulu to stay at Aulani, did you use the Roberts Hawaii Airport Express or did you use the shuttle transportation that Allied provides to and from the airport? Did you ever get a chance to do the circle Island tour cause you can do that in addition to just staying at the resort, you can call one of the tour companies that they have in Hawaii and you can reserve the circle Island tour. It’s all day. Did you get a chance to do that?

We actually rented a car. We spent the first half of our vacation in Waikiki, because we wanted more of a central location to go out and explore the island. We knew we wouldn't be at the hotel much when we were doing these things, so we stayed at the Hyatt Regency there. Then, our second half of our vacation we stayed at Aulani, and never left. It was really the best of both worlds. When we were staying in Waikiki, we did an island tour, but based on a lot of recommendations, I did the one through the Shaka app. This is self-guided, so we could go at our own pace. It was exactly what we wanted. I plan on making more videos about all of the other stuff we did while on Oahu, along with the self-guided tour. But I'm also a teacher and once school starts, my time is very limited. I hope once I have break coming up soon, I can start getting those videos out.
