Sooper video with conceptual calarity that too in lesser time,so called great teachers takes hrs to revise it im not critising them plz understand,we need to allocate naa for this lesson this much time is sufficient,i searched lot times every time find. 1.2 hrs classes but u proved it can be done in. Very clear explanation❤ dhidhi, I've a doubt in accrual concept if a seller sells the apartment or facility to the buyer but seller receives the money in future, in this scenario buyer using the property but he'll pay later legal work is not yet done, now can I consider it as a sale as per accrual concept or what to do if I entered the amount on the date of transaction but buyer failed to pay it later?

If in the current period the fact is known which will happen in future then the fact should be disclosed and along with it the things should also be disclosed which are going to be affected by the fact, for ex. If in future the trend of your product will change should be disclosed and it will down the sales also should be disclosed... Hope you got it...
