- Huge Easter surprise! It's the triplets first real Easter, since they were only 4 months old last year and didn't get to experience it like they did this year. We got them awesome easter basket surprises full of some of their favorite things. Gemma and the triplets had a mini Easter egg scavenger hunt with easter basket surprises. Cara shows us what all the kids got for easter in their baskets and we enjoy a fun Easter Family Day. He is Risen and this was such an amazing day to celebrate that.

We stayed in this year! I did make my grown boys Easter baskets! Have a blessed Easter!
We cooked like normal dyed eggs, and really just sat down and had dinner together. It was sad that our whole family couldn't be together but it was still a good Easter. And he is still risen which is the most important thing.

My favorite part of the vlog.. besides Wren’s chubby legs in those knee socks..lol.. was Gemma hugging Cara every time she tried to hula hoop! It was so sweet!

We did social distance. But had a dinner on Easter with my grandson and his beautiful family. Both his girls, my grts., were born on April 12th, 4 yrs apart.
Hope your Easter was full of wonderful memory making moment. I got to speak with my son and his family in Japan and with my daughter and grandchildren in Texas. With the time differences is this not simple but wonderful sharing their moments. Thank God for family and the technology to stay in touch with them. That is what I am grateful for.

I so so love how you keep the memory items and cherish them and re use and share amongst the kids. And I did that too with my kids over the years with every holiday with using some things we already had. Its the Joy of the basket or hunt they loved things just the same even if they knew they already had them. Usually the don't remember though....hugs and love

My grampy past away in hospital on Easter Sunday. I hadn’t seen him in weeks due to the Coronavirus and him being in hospital due to other illness. I am grateful for all the time I had with him and for the Lord taking him up to Heaven on the day his son was risen. Thank you for making my day, love you guys xxxx

I suffer from sciatica and the only things that I found to work was a tens machine and Cortazon injections. There's also a medication called lyrica that helps too. And at the end of the day a hot bath with radox bath salts mucels relaxation. And after bath tiger balm rubbed into the area. Good luck cara hopefully this helps you and you feel better soon. The whole southeast got hit by tornados! I live in Chattanooga, TN and we got hit by an EF-3 tornado. I thankfully got no damage at all. But so many people lost their homes or have no power. Praying for everyone affected! 2020 just hasn’t been a good year for anyone! Hoping this virus ends soon!

Derek when are you going to play the piano for us? I miss that. Your children are gorgeous. Thank you for allowing the world to view your life and family. Cars if you have a recliner try sleeping in that for a while do not lay down in the recliner but sleep like a 45 degree angle. I had sciatica and that is what a neurologist told me to do and it worked.
