The problem that would cause though, would be similar in Florida. These are both very competent Governors but if either of them goes to Washington, who is in their states to pick up their responsibilities? They both have done excellent jobs in their states and it could be a disaster if their replacements weren't up to the job. I consider myself fortunate to have visited Mt Rushmore for their evening ceremony. A park ranger narrates a video on the history of the monument, there’s a Flag lowering ceremony, our Veterans are saluted with the dignity and honor they deserve, and it’s capped off with a gradual illumination of the monument together with the rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. It’s absolutely beautiful and nothing will ever make you feel more proud to be an American than this.

No "I'm glad you're back" -- nothing. It took less than two weeks to realize it was a stupid decision on our part.
