Pile 2: I'm probably at the I like myself part of the self acceptance spectrum. Currently working on deconstructing self worth issues when it comes to needs vs wants. E.g. rent and phone bill is just as important as having clothes you like, soaps and lotions you enjoy, and what my bestie calls "enrichment for your enclosure" which are like hobbies and such. But the nuance goes deeper where its a "needs are also upgrading your phone or your laptop when it starts to struggle, or replacing your earbuds when they **technically** work but really only work half the time. Making sure you're happy with your wardrobe even if you have to make it yourself, and why use a body wash if you hate how it feels and smells? Get one you like."

There is no self-mastery because being yourself and loving yourself has nothing to do with work nor is a fight. People who talk about discipline come from a forceful and hard place. Self-love and self-care has something to do with being patient, thoughtful and understanding with yourself. Mastering means that you learnt something in a complete manner and are finish. You don't master life nor your person. You experience life. There isn't anything to win. Life isn't a competition and you don't need to prove anything to anyone.

@@JPcommunicates Being disciplined for me is choosing what I need over what I want. Eg: A nutritious home cooked meal over junk take out. Discipline is not a negative word. I choose to discipline my self by controlling my emotions rather than letting them control me.

Hiiii I need to share the dream with you that I just woke up from. I was in my child hood yard which is very Midwest. But there was turkeys and lions and tigers. I had already camped out in the tent the night before and was clear of thinking there was dangers but the next day I saw a turkey get straight up malled by tigers. It was CRAZY. And I remember climbing up into my play set to hide but the danger was actually this human that was some twerp I went to school with. CRAZY HE HAD A gun. And he was the one that made me fear the experience. I called my boyfriend and he said maybe you owe lions money I was like no they weren’t coming after me. It was wild haha

Pile 3: There is NO spirituality and people aren't spiritual or very spiritual beings. Life is literally an expression of spirit which means life and spirit is one and the same. Nobody connects to spirit or becom3 an embodiment of spirit/higher self. They always been. This whole concept of spirituality creates a separated idea of life and who you are. It's all conditioned. You can only get self-aware, getting aware of being spirit manifested into an individual body/being/"life form".
The concept of higher self is a concept of Siegmund Freund (psychologist) which explain a human being in sections such as higher self/ego/lower self. None of these is separated from each others. They are constantly expressed and intertwined. You as a human are also primal/animal/nature. It's all one and the same just categorised to create a broader understanding of life. A counterpart is always the ONE for you. It's no random business partner or a friend. It's all in one. Is your COUNTERPART who complement you being. Business partner is what you can choose to be, same with friends or romantic partner. But in the real sense is a counterpart all together because they understand your energy as their own and are able to create with you what you both like. They are in the same frequency and share a wavelength. The thing here they don't come. They always have been there. Manifestation means it's expressed. It's created. It got a form. Like you as a living being are a manifestation because you got a life and a form.
The idea of better or higher is misleading. Because nothing like that exists. People aren't either better or above others. You can only learn what you want and don't want. What you need and what you don't. What makes you happy and what doesn't. That all doesn't make you a better person, nor that doesn't make you higher. It's just you knowing how you navigate yourself even with fears and becoming accepting. That is your life process. Getting an understanding of yourself, others and everything. In this way, you can guide others who are interested in things they can't figure out themselves.
Your wording is just toxic because self-acceptance and love has nothing to do with work. There is no self-mastery. You can just learn how to navigate yourself and all that is natural. Every connection is worthy and has no label. Talking about divine connection makes people more loving is toxic because that is conditioning. Love has no condition. Love has no condition. Self-realization means understanding your person and actions. Nobody needs to do shadow work to love. Shadow work is self-therapy. People do that when they have issues with themselves and want to figure out what the reason for it or they go to a therapist to talk about themselves and get a different opinion. NOBODY on Earth's needs to do that. It's a personal choice. You don't either have understanding nor awareness of self, life and human nature. You have no compassion, you just be there trying to talk about something you don't understand to get validation.
Only in using language must you try to explain different parts of self- that’s all it is. How do you differentiate your leg from yourself? Why wouldn’t you always just say “self”? “I broke myself” if any limb is broken….
It’s merely language to explain parts of ourselves.
I do try to guide selves into acceptance, that’s all. But language is tricky and must be used to explain.
There are levels of understanding, if every video I posted just said “we are one, there is only one self” not everyone would get that. Some people have things to work through before they can get to that point.
There are levels and teachers are different levels.
Why do you come on here and fight what is you? We’re all one. Why do you pick a pile and try to tell me how it is? If there is nothing but self. I’m just doing what Self does.
