- In this tutorial, I have removed complex background of a video to make it transparent and then replaced the background with another scenic video.
To replace video background, apply Alpha Adjust keying effect on the video clip, then apply mask over the intended portion of video.
After masking, select the checkboxes of Inverted and Invert Alpha in Effect Controls panel. It will make the whole background transparent.
Now move the clip to the upper layer. In the first layer, insert any image or a video clip which will serve as new background.

i like your accent
Thanks 👍
why are my buttons greyed out instead of white??? I don't have the option to select the "1 frame ahead" button.
The 1 frame forward/backward is a basic function and it should be there. Alternatively, you may try moving frames through Arrow keys on keyboard and using keyframing.
video is amazing! I can't automated tracking
Thanks for liking the video. Premiere Pro often fails n automatic tracking for the full path.
I'm a little confused at 2:40. I have to re-adjust the mask in EVERY single frame of the video? Because a ten second video is made up of hundreds of frames. I have to make hundreds of adjustments in the mask? In every single frame?
Yes. You will adjust the position of vertex points after each frame. However, to do it fast, you should select all (or most) vertex points ( moving in the same direction) and adjust them in just a single stroke.
great tutorial thanks alot
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Glad you liked it! Thanks for the lovely commnet.
can i have a chat personally about this video

Your lovely comment is quite encouraging
i cant find the invert alpha option, is there any other way i can make my background black?
Please recheck it. I guess invert alpha option should be visible to you because it an important feature of Premiere Pro.
Amazing ❤
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks a lot man
Welcome. I'm glad it was helpful for you.

@@dozro keep up the great work! Best wishes. Thanks!
Question do you have to put key frame after each frame you moved the pen tool(mask) to adjust when the object is moving?
No. However, you have adjust the position of vertex points after each frame.
@@dozro so i do not need to key frame for the pen tool to track??
i just have to adjust it every frame
then when i finish doing it.
i'll play the video and it show the tracking of the mask(pen tool) with out keyframe?
After selecting with pen tool video play krne pe selection same waise hi hai vo move nhi kar rha hai.
I guess you should relaunch the software.
Very useful video, new sub
Thanks for the sub and appreciative words. My love.
Thank you sir
Welcome
Indian accents are always funny 😂. Very good video, very helpful 👍
Glad you liked it. I think any accent is fine as long as it is communicating well.
@@dozro Agreed, funny as in puts a smile on my face. Reminds me of Jerry Seinfeld shows... 👍
how did you select all the points in 3:06
Adding, adjusting, and editing all vertex points did not took 3 minutes. It is a long and boring work, taking much time. However, I have explained all the important tricks while at the same time keeping the video as short as possible.
this was the only tutorial that worked for me lol thank you!
I'm glad to hear that the tutorial was helpful for you!
