I agree, hes bonding with everybody. That's basically whole point of ota's, get some of the rust off. And get to know your teammates , these are the guys they gonna get in the trenches with, that's basically what poles did got us younger team,so that they can grow together. Chargers Fan here but I will most likely be at the Chargers vs Bears game on Halloween weekend. He's fun to watch with the things he does with his feet and I look forward to seeing him play live. I think he's primed for a breakout season. The Bears are one of my dark horse teams in the NFC too!!!

My concern tho is his excessive scrambling and running. This puts him in high danger positions with greater chances of injury. Nobody seems to be talking about the fact he was injured by week 8 last year. He's electric and fun to watch but so was RGIII and we saw how that ended. I'd much rather see him as a pass first QB. Running QBs typically don't last long.

Possibly worst roster last year. It takes time to right the ship and for players to develop and grow. Additionally, there appears to still be many holes defensively. I think a 6-7 win season would be progress.

I think he’ll do well with the Bears. I’m just not a fan of defensive head coaches, especially if you think you have a franchise quarterback. One reason is even if you succeed you’ll probably lose your offensive coordinator ASAP. I thought the two exceptions were Belicheck and Dungy. Both not only had out of this world quarterbacks but also Dungy was one himself in college and basically let Tom Moore run the offense. But hopefully it works out for the Bears…
