@@balletinstituteSD Which makes it even more incredible. Her teacher must think that all her birthdays and christmas's have come at once, because this young lady is obviously a joy to teach. Her musicality even at this early age,is outstanding. I'm absolutely floored.😲
Yes. We hope she will not fizzle out by the time for Pointes. But at this point we cannot take her away from the Marley floor, whether her or others are dancing.
Yes. The biggest danger based on our experience is the dangers of fizzling out when one starts at such a young age; and we are doign our best to keep her engaged and motivated. Assuming she stays on this course - she will grow to be AMAZING ballerina
What a precious little thing! Surely this is a prima ballerina in the making. One question though: who let her dance with a mask on? Not good, especially not for small children.
She sure is - perfect combination of abilities, love for dance, discipline. She dances always, when not eating or sleeping. To answer your question: The Mom (who reads CDC guidelines religiously with the morning coffee). Should we report her to authorities, you think?
This IS a prima ballerina in the making,no doubt about it at all. Her elevation on her jumps ALONE is enough to nake my naw hit the floor in astonishment. I agree that the mask us out of place, but nuisance as it is, it shouldn't interfere with her breathing if it's correctly fitted .
Agree on talented. The mask was parents' choice, considering that there are 80 people watching this performance behind the camera. I can reassure you - she is alive and doing perfectly fine, enjoy her playlist on our channel ua-cam.com/play/PLhrUhEVxe4nDIff6rubEI9Q3kXGBHDr9O.html
yes, I think so too. there was quite a large audience behind the camera, adn this was summer of 2020 - tough time in CA. But we did film her alone in the studio without the mask and will have this for the retrospective of her dancing career
I definitely hear you, and there are few nuances to answer the question a) the mask was made by her grand mother in Japan to match the dress, so she considers it a privilage to dance in it, b) this was filmed at the height of the COVID thing (whether one believes in it or not) and there is a crowd of people behind the camera; c) mom insisted on it (you know - the Japanese mom...). But you are right, we shall film her without a mask to have such a phenomenon recorded under the most pristine circumstances. Will do that - thank you for the thought you seeded in my head
@@balletinstituteSD I think the mask looks good and all, it matches her costume perfectly! I’m just concerned about the fact that she may be out of breath and not be able to breathe well while dancing in a mask, especially since she is so young.
Geez. Relax. Wonderful mom. Just tragic that for zero scientific reason some countries are masking babies while others are not. My country does not. Our children are fine as science has said from beginning. This child is a star either way!
She has musicality, turnout, poise, and she remembered all the steps. Very good job
That is AMAZING for a 5year old. Almost unbelievable.
Yes, agree. Whenever you see her, she is always dancing. And striving for perfection.

She's going to be gorgeous on pointe

I await this little girl’s dancing future with anticipation, a lovely little dancer😉

Ok, if a 5 year old can do this, I will expect toddlers to be able to dance on pointe! Bravo!!!!!!
How is her turnout already so good?!
Brava!
ENKORE!

Beautiful talented girl. It’s criminal to force the mask and impede her breathing!

Девочка хорошая и может в5лет больше!
That mask of hers- a sign of time. The COVID time.
Exactly what I think - it will eb a precious memory when Ann grows up into a Pro-ballerina

Why is that poor girl wearing a mask while performing

A mask on though... really!
Future prima ballerina 🩰😀
Mask needs to go in the trash though
Yes, will pass the message to the terrible mom, who dared to color match and bring the mask from Japan and nearly suffocate the poor child
