I thought it converted armor to YOUR elemental damage, But it just reduces elemental damage taken? And from calculations on reddit it seems very bad? Could you replace this with another chest?
i would say yes, cuz for me it reduces incoming elemental damage hits for 40% before the resistances (if we're talking about 5000 damage hits, for example), it's very noticeable. If you don't want to you can use something else, like Morior Invictus that will give you %life per core and something else.
Looking good man! Playing resonating shield + magma barrier gemling. I found if you are using resonating shield you can animation cancel (i use raise shield skill) and if you time it right you can slap your shield like 2x as fast. Love your usage of that unique body armour, using it on my armour stacking titan and it feels super good! Is there a bug atm? I noticed you are using Resolute Technique on the maxroll but also a cultist hammer, are you actually getting the explode despite having resolute? Cheers bro, keep cooking, love to see it!
Sorry didn't see your comment in the notifications. That explosions are not from the weapon, there are from unique boots that i'm wearing. Implicit on the weapon does not work.
Yo have u tried using herald of ash? Is the clear similar? I tried it but it felt pretty bad but that's probably cause I didn't gave much aoe on the tree

I don't really understand what exactly you are asking, but to get the explosion you need to raise your shield through resonating shield ability or basic raise shield (shield charge will not work for example)
Does the negative armour good for this build? Magma barrier is a fire damage attack not physical. Also, how do you sustain life? Is it all leech from resolenating shield? Finally, how os bossing with this skill? I tried a similar build with infernalist and crit scaling but I 'm not sure about it yet...
@@amitfrishberg5863 our aoe explosions are pure physical, so it buffs that damage, also we're using shield charge as well. Leech from shield charge and resonating shield doing some work to sustain life. Bosses are great, you can check another video that I did on the single target (I do have a lot more damage now)
What do you mean by aoe explosions? Explosion from what? What is causing them? Also, in the video, your HP is not dropping almost at all. I didn't understand from your answer if it's only due to leech or something else as well.
@@amitfrishberg5863 i have 30% of overkill damage dealing as physical in 2 metre radius. My HP does not dropping cuz of the high armour and block chance. I also got a 4% hp from each kill from the support gem.
@@yourvenparianen5390 you don't use mace in this build, just a shield, but I see what you're trying to say Edit: you can annoint the amulet for a 1% movement speed for 10 seconds after each block if you wanted to. It'll give you a bit of speed

Magma barrier does a big hit and then Trampletoe boots trigger an explosion that clears the screen

Curious how does this work against Spell casters or ranged?
Anything you can block you can punish. So any projectiles (from spells as well will count)

@@mas0ny11 HoA is pretty bad, it's got 1 metre aoe, and it ignites without triggering/benefit armour break. Do not use it.

what are you doing exactly? DO YOU PARRY ATTACKS and explode the screen by that??

Yes, it's a "perfect block". You have 0.7 second window after a button press to block to trigger it.

as soon as you got the haste shrine the class became actually fun to play, else it sucks when mace have such slow ass attacks.
