Karen, what have you done to me! These pinwheels are fantastic. I started making them after church today and I can't stop. I've finished 12 of them, for our nursing home people, and I will be making many more. Thanks so much.
The pinwheel cards are so cute. Have enjoyed vacationing with both of you in Florida. Have a safe trip back home. Temperature here in southwest Ohio today is 60 degrees. Spring is on its way! Thank you both for all of your wonderful videos. I have enjoyed each and every one since I subscribed.
Thank you so much Nancy!!!! We appreciate you taking the time to leave such nice comments. We are ready to go home to MN - but ready for spring to arrive there too!
Have a great trip home! I'm glad it warmed up a bit so you have had a chance to be outside! Btw, I tjHink pearlescent will be nice in the center of the pinwheel. TFS the technique.
Well I did make one with one sided paper ,But It turned out good ,Purple/Pink Thank for the Idea Birthday Card for my friend in April who help me get started in card making :>)
when you fold it, you are folding it right along one edge. I think its easy to aim for the middle instead - at least it was for me! Once you have it, though, you will be amazed how easy it is!
What made the difference between flat and puffy? I didn't catch what you did different. I'm a snowbird and Im always leaving things at home that I'd wished I'd brought. Now my husband wants to fly back and forth. I'll have fewer things to bring. Can pack boxes and ship them, but that will be expensive. Ca 't wait for your next video. Safe travels.
Its hard to pare down on those craft supplies isn't it? The only difference is that the quilt cards are pressed flat like a quilt and the pinwheel cards are just attached at the tip so it looks like air can flow between. That is all!

What days and times are your "lives?" I usually stumble on them or find them in youtube suggested things for me to watch. : )
Love your card. I dont have much if any double sided papers! Any idea for pattern on one side. TIA
Karen, Love the pinwheels! But, I think I missed measurements of the papers. Can you please repeat?
Have safe drive back home as well!
🚥🚗🚦🚗🚥🚗🚦🚗
its one 3" square and two 2" squares - isn't it amazing that its so simple? Just cut the 2" square in half to make two triangles each
Any tips on how to get the pinwheel folds right? I missed on 2 tries... lol
